Hmm, I’m just thinking out loud. A cake mix usually takes 1/3 cup of oil. I’m thinking use 1/3 cup of melted butter, the juice, from the pineapple, to make up for the water part, the two or three eggs, that the cake recipe calls for, mix the cake mix, into batter and pour it over the pineapple rounds with one maraschino cherry, in the middle and bake it. Cool it perhaps make a frosting with the sweetened condensed milk and confections sugar, I guess look online to come up with an idea for that, and that can sweeten it up a bit. Or add a little sweetened condensed milk in the batter but keep the liquid part correct to the instructions. Use strawberry cake mix
