This is one of the channels that gave me the courage to start my UA-cam channel 8 months ago about self development. Now I have 1,056 subs and > 800 hours of watch time. Honest here, not the first time hearing about some of the things but trying to get more sunlight in as early on is a great reminder I needed, I honestly cut off listening to music by a lot like a big chunk and even before that I haven't got to listen to music all that much tbh but the reminder that yeah they are kinda hype creating and can set you off a bit too much is something to think about for me since I'm already trying to read more or listen to audiobook if possible that time

Consistency breeds champions
The one about music got me. I usually listen to the radio on the way to work early in the morning. There's usually about 1 - 2 songs before i get there in between the talking segments that i don't find upset me mentally. At work though, background music is on all day. I don't notice it too much unless it's not very busy and it's a song i like. Then it takes my attention and i can't focus. I find if I listen to music intentionally though, it messes with my emotions and it gets stuck in my head. It's so hard to focus or sleep after that. It's not something i consciously thought of before but maybe i need to stop listening to it unless it's instrumental.
I recently started watching you , and already can see huge impact on me. Thanks and keep up the good work!
My life goals are
- Buy dad his dream car
- Help dad build mom her dream life (she wants to live in a farm land and in a small cozy house and my dad has been working like crazy for her)
-this can be corny but to drive a Ferrari after the 10 year class meet-up

At a very young age I lost my father, the only earning hand in my family. So, I've got the responsibility of my mom and my younger brother (who is in 6th grade). Since I am a woman, I wanted to know what steps should I take to be successful? My relatives want me to marry some rich man. But, that's not my goal. I want to become a rich man, myself.

As a hindu fasting is a very common ritual associated with almost every festival. My dad does fast on every Tuesday and my mom does fast on every Monday. I wanted to start fasting once in a week too. I guess this time I will succeed. 😊
