Methu Bonda recipe in Tamil - Methu Pakoda | Chef Sunder | RecipeCheckr

Methu Bonda is one of the best evening snacks on rainy days with tea. We always make that one rare dish that can be found in hotels and restaurants the most. I'm adding this Methu bonda recipe in that series because this Methu pakoda or Methu bonda is not prepared in our homes often. After all, the process is a little complex, but you can make this after you watch this video restaurant-style easy medhu Bonda in your own home kitchen without any hesitation.

Ingredients Qty
Besan flour 150 gm
Cooking soda 1/2 tsp
Onion 1 no
Green chilli 2 no
Ginger 1 tsp
Curry leaf 1 string
Coriander leaf 2 tbs
vanaspati - 40 gms
Salt to taste
Oil to fry
