Please help i still don’t understand the last scenario! He says we are coding based on the grafts taken…only the Lima and reverse sapenous vein were taken… it noted the reverse vein once… so do we code based on the connections? Which seems a bit counterintuitive since it says “grafts”. Idk any help i would be eternally thankful!
