Actually, the neighbors don't deserve it because once it grows back up again they will do nothing. They have a mentally that is the opposite of Drakes!🥺 They are going to wait for him to return and rescue them again. I have walked in his shoes before.
My neighbors watched me keep the lot of a vacant home mowed and groomed for two years until someone purchased the house. No one ever came out to help, but they watched me.😮 Lazy men watched me do the work too!

Good work and much appreciated by neighbors, I am sure. When properties are abandoned or ignored, it makes sense to aggressively reduce big bushes. Normally, it’s good for the bushes to reduce the volume and they will look better longer at such a property.
It would be great if this were rehabbed.

Thanks! I surely do. I actually started this journey, by helping out disabled seniors in my community 🙏. However, most of the overgrown properties in Atlanta are abandoned.

What a difference..... You can do the clean up so well. This is such a nice neighborhood looks like some of them could have got together one Saturday out of their life and cleaned this place up. But you did it and Very GOOD Job indeed. Wear your mask so you want have sinus problems later in life like I do because I did not wear one while I had all the dust flying while I worked in the yard. I hope Santa is Very Good to you because he has been watching and knows what good things you do and how caring you are for the poor forgotten yards. How terribly sad… this poor little house didn’t deserve to be neglected and forgotten… incredible shame to see these abandoned properties when so many people are homeless.. thank you for your very hard work, getting this little house looking so much better…🙂
on those properties where you don't know who the owners are, can you go to city hall and get permission from them to clean the yard up, I'm sure they would like any improvements you make.

You know in a previous video you asked which part of your land scaling we liked best - edging, trimming, or mowing. I like them all; because in the long run the job is not complete without the all. I am watching this and thinking about how this amazing job would look if you did just part of it.

whew, that was a rough one !!! But what a blessing to the neighborhood to have this cleaned up. So sad to see these homes just sit vacant and just go to rot...wonder why these owners (banks included) don't check out these government subsidized rentals for low income people...my son does this here in Texas and is presently renting to a lady with 3 small children and we are all so happy with the situation...a neat little house on a dead end street and with a fenced in back yard for the kids !!! They are delighted and so are we. Just sayin', but it's just so painful to me to see these houses go to waste.

The driveway was grown over and hard to uncover but looks good now. Nature is going to take over the house soon, Don't understand why they don't sell the house before it gets in such bad shape,. You made the neighborhood look better.

My advice would to take the front bushes down to the window sill height. This makes it visible to neighbors and law enforcement if there are trespassers etc

Your county tax auditor will have all the info that you need on who owns this house . The foundation looks bad but it might still have good enough bones for a rehab if you can get it for the right price !
