After all this time, how did you find the router? vs other brands lets say TP-Link. I just got an AX10 and turns out it does not have the repeater/extender mode and this was the other option, just wondering how good and reliable it was.
Heya I have used mine for almost 2 years. There are 100% better mesh systems out there but costs scale up. Unfortunately I am limited by which brands send me products to review and my availability. Some people have had issues with Xiaomi but I have honestly had none. I use 3 x ax3000s. I will probably keep the same setup until I change to WiFi 7
@@WootDini ok, but function-wise does it have good coverage?, I’m mostly interested in setting it up as a repeater/extender since I already have another one that covers most of the space, does it work well? updates firmware? Has the availability if I want to enable each band independently and a specific channel? Thank you very much for your reply, appreciated
@@lins1ris I would not buy to use as repeater. There are much cheaper alternatives to that. It's coverage is good but it's not ground breaking. I use 3 in 100 squares and it works well for me. If you are looking for control rather just use primary and extend. Just note that extenders are far less efficient than mesh
I have the ax3200 in the basement and the ax3000 2 pack on 2nd floor.. for some reason i can't connect them as a mesh through cable.. can only configure the ax3000 2 pack whilst the ax3200 works as a seperate unit, any ideas what i'm doing wrong?
Hey Not sure where in video I said it has 160. But I only had the device for a short while. I have checked some links and it says it does but it seems it's more frequent in the ax3000
Heya I did not check that in depth. Apologies. I don't have the unit anymore so cannot check. I understand why you ask as it's a very efficient channel. It's just this is meant to be a cost effective device so it will lack on fine calibration or setting
just got my 2 peace of ra82 and cannot use lan cable for connecting them in to the main unite did not find the option to connect them wireless any idiea ?
Heya so you should be able to wireless mesh and backhaul as it is compatible. It's difficult for me to say because there are many many variables but it's best to contact the Xiaomi of the county you are in and demand support
@@WootDini Thank you very much for the answer, I managed first of all the Xiaomi application pain in the a$s, it is not possible to connect them and manage them in a simple way, the settings for connecting a new product to the Xiaomi home , I found that you scroll down a little, so there is an option to continue I thought the internet provider's equipment settings were limited and complicated. In the end, it turns out that Xiaomi's is generally a "show" and I'll likely switch to a third-party firmware as soon as possible. I must mention that the device works as I expected, not bad at all, once you learn to configure the equipment works well
Heya. Hmm. I am not sure about failover. The only thing I could think is somehow getting a pocket router to ether. I don't have the device with me anymore so I can check if you can setup failover

Hey, So I would recommend updating your services to the newest firmware.
If you don't come right, I recommend reaching out to Xiaomi Directly.
For optimal range is it better to by an ax3200 and ax3000 or would you recommend two ax3000s?
I would say 2 x 3000 to be honest
hi i just bought this router i cant see 160mhz option anywhere, are you sure you used it?

Can you do 160Mhz bandwidth in Wifi 6?

I already have an ax3000 but am considering buying xiaomi ax3200. It's okay to use AX3200 as a secondary mesh?
Heya
You can but I do suggest having the 3200 as primary. You want more bandwidth on that
Can i unplug it from ONT after finish all this?

Supports 160MHz bandwith in 5GHz?
Heya
Yep from 20 to 160. Visible in the app
Does it take SIM?
Hello :) 👋
No it does not :/ but you could possibly have a dongle as failover but I have not tested that
Can Led Off in Menü the ax3000t can Led off

Don't have the device with me anymore but I am not sure
If not you can always use a little bit of black tape. Always works for me

I assume you are in fiber ? Check my ax3000 video, there is a hack in there you can try
why does it say "no auth"
Do you have a time stamp
@@WootDini it's here 2:52 . It said "not auth" after i pressed try it now
@@hae_v That is strange. Factory reset the device and start from scratch, its possible old settings are interfering
