In the states, we cannot get it over the counter (Mifepristone or Misoprostol) it is a prescription.
Plan B however we can get over the counter.
불법으로 유통되는 원인은 한국에서는 처방조차 불가능하게 허가를 내주지 않았기 때문입니다. 그래서 위험한 경우가 생기는 거고요. 수술은 합법이긴 하지만 제한적입니다.
