- President Biden has made Rafah a red line - vowing to halt weapon supplies if Israel launches a major invasion. Despite that, constant shelling has been reported in the southern Gaza city - which is sheltering around one and a half million Palestinians. (Subscribe: bit.ly/C4_News_Subscribe)
And the Israeli Military chief has just said he has all the weapons he needs anyway. The far right National Security Minister Ben GVir tweeted "Hamas Loves Biden".
The US President's decision has drawn criticism from US Republicans too, and even some fellow Democrats.

It's not an "admission," it's an accusation -- he's talking about what another country supposedly did, not his own. Not only is it an accusation, it's an unsubstantiated one. To deliberately go after the civilian population would be a war crime, but his own administration has said previously that it had no evidence of war crime. So unless they've been lying about that, or they've just found something new, he's making this accusation without evidence.
