Sort of,the bo squash you if your small boned and there chubby ish ,and yes i have one that lies on my tummy sometimes
I agree, though perhaps with some qualification. I used to feel so comfortable and relaxed when I went to bed at night, and my beautiful tabby cat curled up beside me on my bed purring. Happiness is a warm cat in your bed. I didn't like it so much when he would get right up on my chest, and snuggle up around my neck and face and put his butt in my face. We love the cats.

@@Jack_Callcott_AU Heh, yeah it isn't all ray and sunshine. Mine would come find me if I slept in. The door would creak open, something would land on the bottom of the bed, walk its way up to my head and I'd be hit by that wonderful blast of a cat's fish-breath in my face.

They must trust and like the person a lot to do that. My cat once killed a rabbit and brought it to me as a gift. It was a little more than I expected, cause my cat gift wrapped the dead rabbit. 😁

Male cats have larger territorial patrol areas.. Sometimes over a mile from their home.. He seems to be well fed.. So he is probably not homeless..
