I can’t find Devai to get some of these items did he get moved or am I just not able to find him?
He can be found in the Kai Legion temple as a blacksmith

The iron fist is a viable alternative if you want to switch to heavy atk oriented build, or sharktooth necklace to provide piercing.

sharktooth necklace is better if you're killing bosses, but otherwise diamond ring is great
