bro what projects required for this role, if no project is there how to tell them as a fresher
No specific projects are required for this role if you're trying to get a job in technical support .. The main things that you should have are A: Communication Skills (most important) and B: Technical Knowledge (This would include the basic knowledge of HW/SW related issues on a computer or any other device that you would be supporting . . One should have an idea and the concept about the basic troubleshooting steps that would help in resolving these kind of issues . . I said "basic" knowledge because you would definitely be trained by the company on their products before they let you in, on the floor . . But if you already have the basic knowledge, it would just make it a lot easier for you to get through the training)
