Mike's transforming costume is brilliant! Just by removing the beard, he goes from Teen Wolf to Encino Man! I also like how Jane is passing off her obviously-everyday-apparel as a costume. "Oh, cool, bloody hammers, just like that one character in that one thing." Jane: "What? Oh, yes... totally a character..."
Most banks have converted those parts to an ATM drive-thru, but there are still some that have pneumatic tube systems with capsules to put things in, some having a speaker to talk to someone inside. It was a very widespread thing in the early to mid 80's (at least in southern California) but mostly disappeared with the introduction of ATM's. I mostly remember because I thought it was the coolest thing ever as a little kid when my dad would let me put the capsule in the machine.
Definitely had a hornet come directly at my face and land on the frame of my glasses in the middle of lecture once. I was sitting in the front and the professor just went dead silent, then the whole room went silent and watched. It just walked back and forth on my glasses for what felt like half an hour but was genuinely at least 2 min before flying off. I have never been so perfectly still and forcefully calm in my life.
Took me until Mike pulled his beard for me to get what he was, nice costumes folks, I always suspected Andy was really Snake Plisskin, and wow OXtra, well done.
Drive through liquor stores aren't a bad idea. My state has them and we still have open container laws, so if you get caught drinking and driving, it's still an issue. They're nice for if you know what you want and you're running late to a party or something or don't want to get out of your car for one item
Notification "Halloween livestream!" oooh exciting.... wait, streamed live 2 hours ago!? I watch out for these like a hawk and still managed to miss it!?!?! I'd come and pester you at the loading bar again but my costume isn't up to scratch!
I had no idea there was another book set in the His Dark Materials series, my favorite book series, until I decided to catch up on live streams I missed. This channel keeps bringing me joy in unexpected ways.
I didn't know what it was until I looked it up. (I was just like she's dressed as a hot girl? Lol) But she really does look identical ha. Her hair really makes it I think. It's that same pin straight, dark, healthy hair
Idk guys, i honestly think being a street performer or a similarly intimate style of entertainer is exactly Jar-Jar's calling in life, i can totally see Jar-Jar giving away most of his paltry meals to orphaned street urchins, & shivering at night in a box, but still being the damned happiest person you'd ever meet the very moment he starts his street shenanigans. Afterall he was probably miserable as a politician, even before unwittingly ushering in a xenophobic, slave powered, galactic empire.
Mike's beard is really epic in this. :O Things that don't scare me but scare most people: I definitely agree with clowns, snakes, and also spiders (sorry Ellen). Wasps on the other hand though absolutely terrify me. If there's one in my room, it's fight or flight and I won't rest till it's either dead or out.
As a kid I was locked in a dark spiders filled cabinet for an hour. Whatever discomfort I had when touching spiders disappeared but it was replaced with a fear of closed spaces and complete darkness. Ah the horror edition of my childhood.
Jane talking about physics makes me so happy. I wish I'd done Physics over Chemistry, we only got to do a little NMR (and some physics based chemistry) but damn I miss it.
I'm not scared of snakes...just made a bit nervous by being in one's immediate vicinity. Now spiders on the other hand, i can't even see a picture or a realistic decoration without freezing up and forgetting how to breathe. Something I'm not afraid of....well, i mean if i came upon a magical supernatural monster (like a vampire, werewolf, demon, or zombie) that shouldn't be possible to exist, and it was real and convinced me it was real, i might or might not become afraid of it. Yeah aside from spiders, i am literally afraid of nothing. Trust me, i have tried very hard to come up with any thing in reality that scares me.
Mike loves cars and explosions so much I’m pretty sure he’s actually American. Should probably work on his accent if he wants to keep passing as English.
I'm amazed. You went through all the princesses, debated whether some of them were, like Pocohantas, and yet never stopped on Mulan. She married a general. She never became a princess. She's how I came to that thing of "Disney Princess" being a separate thing from a 'princess'. Mulan has been in the line up for as long as I can remember but she's never been royalty.
Actually Jane, Picasso did use mostly blue in his blue period-the term is pretty literal. Although by many accounts he was also *really sad* during most of it, so maybe it should be called his blue blue period?
Obviously a livestream chat isn't the place to do it, but I would love to sit down and have a conversation with Jane about science. I'm a bio major (physics got too mathy for me) but I did take some physics and love to hear about other people's research and stuff
That's super awesome and a really cool topic! I'm not so active in the research aspect rn (I would love to compare the impact of biological isolation of Iceland to that of the failed isolation of Hawaii on the environments there but haven't found a professor to work with yet), but right now I'm interning at a local zoo cause I want to be a zookeeper :)
Wow, that's something I haven't even thought of. Is there a huge difference in fitness of Hawaiian species pre and post colonialism? Or are you not there yet. Either way, I'm so excited for you
J Girl Sorry for the late reply, got busy studying for exams this week lol. I haven't done any practical research yet, just skimmed some related studies and stuff so I'm not sure if there's any concrete data out there. Thanks for the enthusiasm though! :)
Snake Plisken from Escape from L.A. is Andy. Mike is Teen Wolf, from Teen Wolf, starring Micheal J. Fox. Not sure who Jane is supposed to be, maybe Charlie from Top Gun???
Oh my gosh, someone else from Finland watches these! Terve was great, the last e is similar to the first e. You could be the dogs from Paw Patrol and have James dress up with you!
I had to rewatch this entire stream because I couldn't remember Mike's book recommendation or where in the stream it happened. Worse things to happen :P
My casting for costumes for inside out: Joy- Mike Envy- Luke Anger- Ellen Sadness- Andy Fear-Jane Note these are purely based on who I think would be funniest playing the character. Not which one is most like them.
47 should dress as the scarecrow from the tv series Supernatural. That one is invincible. Unless someone burns the sacred tree from which he gets his pagan power juice
This halloween I'm dressing up as Kurt Russell from Overboard. There's nothing scarier I can think of than spending time on set with Goldie Hawn and a group of child actors
I was honestly surprised that Andy dressed as the guy from Escape from LA. And I'm guessing Jane is a character from Attack on Titan (I can't see a Survey Core symbol). Is Mike a werewolf from a Disney Channel movie? Cause that's the feeling I get from his costume.
snakes are super cute right up until your holding three of them and one of them poos down your arm meaning you have to take the bus home without a shirt... not that that happened to me
Luke : "Here are the 11 official Disney Princesses" Proceed to name 14... (Anna, Elsa and Elena aren't Disney Princesses (sorry Mike) They're "guests")
Starts at 5:40
Thx
Mike's transforming costume is brilliant! Just by removing the beard, he goes from Teen Wolf to Encino Man!
I also like how Jane is passing off her obviously-everyday-apparel as a costume. "Oh, cool, bloody hammers, just like that one character in that one thing." Jane: "What? Oh, yes... totally a character..."
That went more Mike quicker than anything has gone Mike before!
Werewolf Mike is just Mike turned up to 11.
Most banks have converted those parts to an ATM drive-thru, but there are still some that have pneumatic tube systems with capsules to put things in, some having a speaker to talk to someone inside. I think Andy says he does drive. He has no cars as opposed to Mike's 2 cars. At least, according to them.
Jane as Daphne, Ellen as Velma, Luke as Scooby Doo, Andy as Shaggy, and Mike as Fred. It works perfectly.
True fact: Oxbox is credited for 68.7% of all Hitman no-subtitle sales.
random_name and 100% of all zero Hitman ratings.
I like how actually BEING a princess isn't a requirement to be a Disney Princess.
I love how unexpectedly passionate Mike is about Elena being an official Disney Princess.
I love it when the oxbox and oxtra crews talk about stuff that isn’t necessarily game related
Happy early Halloween from Tokyo.
When I first saw Andy, I thought he was Hoss Delgado from The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy.
Took me until Mike pulled his beard for me to get what he was, nice costumes folks, I always suspected Andy was really Snake Plisskin, and wow OXtra, well done.
Yes, there are lots of drive-thru banks in the US.
Our drive-thru liquor stores are a much worse idea.
Drive through liquor stores aren't a bad idea. My state has them and we still have open container laws, so if you get caught drinking and driving, it's still an issue. They're nice for if you know what you want and you're running late to a party or something or don't want to get out of your car for one item
I'd like to think that under Jason's mask is just handsome ol' Mike smiling as he slaughters camp goers.
But Jane actually DOES look like a normal civilian...
Careful! She might get you for that.
I'm just really pleased that Mike is aware of Princess Elena being an official Disney Princess. ^_^
Mike nice wizard of oz lion costume.
The mullet really suits you, Andy. You should bring back the trend!
Jane you are an actual doppelganger for hammer girl! So hyped when I saw your costume. Is there a baseball bat man? 😉 hahah
I didn't know what it was until I looked it up. (I was just like she's dressed as a hot girl? Lol) But she really does look identical ha. Her hair really makes it I think. It's that same pin straight, dark, healthy hair
Mike's passion over Princess Elena of Avalor's legitimacy was both hilarious and adorable.
I vote Mike as Pink Ranger!
Hammer Girl from The Raid 2! Awesome!
the hilarious part is that if it was the US no one would care if you had a hammer in your handbag....
Jane, I appreciate your costume so much.

Benefits of good friends: I can watch the stream instead of paying attention in class. She's taking notes for me!
Disadvantages of bad friends: they watch livestreams instead of paying attention in class and make you take notes for them!
Enter a name here she offered to take notes so I could watch the stream so....
Eli Nymph I never had friends, and I passed anyway while not paying any attention and only watching UA-cam :3
Sacred Empathy see? I'm sure I can do it as well
I learned how to take notes while playing 2-handed spades, and somehow my professor was fine with it.
This stream had so many great moments, but my favorite was the Disney Princess discussion XD
Mike is dressed up as og teen wolf!!!! He's now my new favorite.
Next year they should go as the Spongebob crew:
Jane: Plankton
Luke: Spongebob
Mike: Patrick
Andy: Squidward
Ellen: Sandy
Mike's beard is really epic in this. :O
Things that don't scare me but scare most people: I definitely agree with clowns, snakes, and also spiders (sorry Ellen). Wasps on the other hand though absolutely terrify me. If there's one in my room, it's fight or flight and I won't rest till it's either dead or out.
Stream starts at 5:39 😀
Wish they’d pin these. Lol
I don't think I've ever seen a bank that DOESN'T have a drive-up here in Wisconsin lol
As a kid I was locked in a dark spiders filled cabinet for an hour. Whatever discomfort I had when touching spiders disappeared but it was replaced with a fear of closed spaces and complete darkness.
Ah the horror edition of my childhood.
Were you abused as a kid? Or was it a dumb childhood prank where the kids didn't get how damaging it was?
Ada Codina oh that’s horrible... sorry you had to experience that
Oh it was definitely a dumb kid prank. When my mom found me she rasied hell for the other parents.
ARE YOU KIDDING ME I WAS PLAYING HITMAN AND BECAUSE OF THAT I MISSED THE STREAM
DelightfulHormones you didnt miss it there's a video of it
I can't believed I missed this pack, I love Halloween!!!
Picasso's Blue Period actually was a period where he mostly painted in blue and blue-green lol.
Loving the costumes, you dont see enough rep for the Raid 2.
Facts!
We now interrupt this live stream of a horror game to research the various qualifications of Disney Princesses.
Wow a stream on my birthday heck yeah!!!!
we share birthdays =D yay happy BDAY dude
Seba Seba amazing happy birthday wolfenstein comes out today right?
You should play Alien Isolation for Halloween. If the game makes Markiplier nearly wet himself, I'd like to see Andy play it.
Sylvester Stogether Andy would be singing the whole way thru
upvote this I want to see that too
Jane talking about physics makes me so happy. I wish I'd done Physics over Chemistry, we only got to do a little NMR (and some physics based chemistry) but damn I miss it.

Ansell Angelus yeah what is it with spiders 😂
I love spiders and snakes
Andy timing his stubble to be perfect Kurt Russel length
I finally made a livestream of Oxtra only to have to leave and miss Oxbox. Fantastic. T_T
I LOVE their costumes, especially Ellen's
Stream starts at 5:40
So who won the Oxbox costume contest 2017? All contestants were eligible for 1st place but my money is on Mike.
I want to go as Sniper Luigi this Halloween.
Just in case anyone wants to rewatch this. Go to 5:38
No one dressed as a vampire magician! I'm so disappointed.
Forever War, Forever Free then Forever Peace and Forever Bound by Joe Haldeman are excellent.
Australian EST is GMT plus 10, in case you were wondering
Damn missed it live but AAAAAH!!! Sniper Luigi I love it Luke
Ellen's costume is actually amazing
Going off Andy's idea, group costume - Marx Brothers: Groucho, Chico, Harpo, Zeppo, and Karl.
I didn't think I could like Jane more than I already did but then I saw her costume in this stream. Absolutely amazing choice.
My favorite scary fan theory is that the doom guy is Link
Actually Jane, Picasso did use mostly blue in his blue period-the term is pretty literal. Although by many accounts he was also *really sad* during most of it, so maybe it should be called his blue blue period?
wearing a snake like a bracelet is fun. it also kinda tickles when they slither around over your arm hair
Yeah, too bad they carry poop diseases or I'd wear them and love them all the time...
LOVE YOU ALL
Obviously a livestream chat isn't the place to do it, but I would love to sit down and have a conversation with Jane about science. I'm a bio major (physics got too mathy for me) but I did take some physics and love to hear about other people's research and stuff
What kind of research do you do? My friend is getting her PhD and shes studying vaginal microbiomes right now
That's super awesome and a really cool topic! I'm not so active in the research aspect rn (I would love to compare the impact of biological isolation of Iceland to that of the failed isolation of Hawaii on the environments there but haven't found a professor to work with yet), but right now I'm interning at a local zoo cause I want to be a zookeeper :)

J Girl Sorry for the late reply, got busy studying for exams this week lol. I haven't done any practical research yet, just skimmed some related studies and stuff so I'm not sure if there's any concrete data out there. Thanks for the enthusiasm though! :)
So for Queensland GMT plus 10, for Western Australia GMT plus 7, for other states either GMT plus 10 or 11
Snake Plisken from Escape from L.A. is Andy. Mike is Teen Wolf, from Teen Wolf, starring Micheal J. Fox. Not sure who Jane is supposed to be, maybe Charlie from Top Gun???
Wow Jane studied astrophysics? That's awesome! That is my major in undergrad and I plan to get my PhD one day
Oh my gosh, someone else from Finland watches these! Terve was great, the last e is similar to the first e. You could be the dogs from Paw Patrol and have James dress up with you!
Andy kinda looks like Richard Gere cosplaying as Snake :P
If Mike was Teen Wolf in the 1980's, he should be Middle-Age Crisis Wolf by now.
i paused the video to answer this.
i think Andy is Snake Plissken, Mike is teen wolf, but the 80's movie with Michael J Fox, and i dunno who Jane is.
84SuperBeast jane is hammer girl from raid 2
even after jane says who she is dressed as i still dunno who that is. am curious to watch the movie now tho.
Aw! Missed it!
I had to rewatch this entire stream because I couldn't remember Mike's book recommendation or where in the stream it happened. Worse things to happen :P
My casting for costumes for inside out:
Joy- Mike
Envy- Luke
Anger- Ellen
Sadness- Andy
Fear-Jane
Note these are purely based on who I think would be funniest playing the character. Not which one is most like them.
To be honest Jane would have remember Andy if he had dressed as Snake Plisken
Jane played Silent Hill when she was three, explains why she would bring a couple of bloody hammers
Ellen's costume is amazing
Ok Luke's is fantastic too
47 should dress as the scarecrow from the tv series Supernatural. That one is invincible. Unless someone burns the sacred tree from which he gets his pagan power juice
Hammer Girl Jane is amazing!
The outside Xbox Wikipedia page has been edited please see personalities at start of each paragraph
This halloween I'm dressing up as Kurt Russell from Overboard. There's nothing scarier I can think of than spending time on set with Goldie Hawn and a group of child actors
In the Northern Territory all timepieces have been devoured by crocodiles so no further information is available.
Did I hear that right? Jane’s a friggin nuclear physicist? Will her capabilities ever cease?
I was honestly surprised that Andy dressed as the guy from Escape from LA. And I'm guessing Jane is a character from Attack on Titan (I can't see a Survey Core symbol). Is Mike a werewolf from a Disney Channel movie? Cause that's the feeling I get from his costume.
I'm scared of Jane.
Ben Drowned is my favorite creepy pasta
Tasmania, however, is the land that time forgot
Wait... Do they really not have drive up banks in England?
Jane is so funny!!
Evil Within plot kind of reminds me of Neon Genesis Evangelion
I've got my volume maxed out, but can still barely hear a word of this video. :(
Just to let you know, drive-thru banks have been around for a while. Even when I was young.
Poor Mike, I've never seen anyone with such glorious hair look so sad
Drive thru banks are a thing in canada
might be plus 9 or 10 for other states
it's wierd for us too
I wish I didn't miss this, but I had pep rally today, I'm a freshman and our class beat the juniors in dodgeball
snakes are super cute right up until your holding three of them and one of them poos down your arm meaning you have to take the bus home without a shirt... not that that happened to me
I thought Jane was Patience St. Pim from adventure time
Luke : "Here are the 11 official Disney Princesses" Proceed to name 14... (Anna, Elsa and Elena aren't Disney Princesses (sorry Mike) They're "guests")
