In the Midwest you can buy a home for 45k. I live in KS and my first home was a two bedroom with a huge kitchen and big backyard. It was 50k ten yrs ago. A decent community college can run a few thousand a semester. So the money could easily put a dent in that.

Well, Savannah's condition is Good. The damage done to the body (tattoos) lowers her value considerably. If you had a Savannah that was in Mint condition, you could get her for $1,000,000. As it stands, she's sitting at around $30,000 retail. Maybe at an auction you could get her for about $10,000.
