Rye and Wheat Field | New Ulm, MN

In the same field where our journey began, just 4 miles from New Ulm along the Old Fort Road, you will find our rye and wheat crop in its final stages of growth. Both crops have completed grain filling and have reached full maturity. As the kernels complete maturity, they ripen and begin to dry down. Our lush green crop has turned to a golden color as it gets ready to be malted and used in our Whiskey.
