I noticed that this kinescope was a local program on WXYZ Detroit, Michigan, but I noticed an ABC Television Network ID at the end of the program. I believe that this program was only on the network for the 1952-53 television season. It was more of a game show, than competitive bowling.
Very nice to see this preserved. Enjoy seeing the very first AMF 82-30s with the 3930 chassis. These are indeed the very earliest ones not only because it's from 1952, but at 28:08 you can see the distributor rest at the 10-pin instead of the 7-pin.
INCREDIBLE!!!!! I GREW UP BOWLING IN SIOUX FALLS (SPORT BOWL, SUBURAN LANES, EASTWAY BOWL - ALL STILL AROUND!) - THESE UPLOADS ARE TERRIFIC! THANK YOU!

"You know bowling is a lot life life boy, 'We all work to stay out of the gutter'".

Really enjoyed watching this! Thanks for posting & Happy New Year 2018.
Laughable but amusing . . . a slice of life in the 1950s.
