Comedy central had something similar(Shorties Watchin’ Shorties), they would animate comedian shows, was my favorite. Was prety good. But to do it all the time, comedians, can't really keep up with material all the time, its more like yearly for them.

I love how they styled the animation - it reminds me of the good old Hanna-Barbera cartoons. His animated character has a cute loveable face that embodies what good old cartoon characters were like.
