Time to float... | James Blake - Playing Robots Into Heaven First Reaction

James Blake has released his newest album, "Playing Robots Into Heaven", and we had to do a first listen and reaction as he is one of the greatest singers right now. He has made incredible contributions to many hiphop and rap songs, notably from Travis Scott, but there are many more artists that have benefitted from his voice as well. That being said, this album was a sound we were not expecting, but that is not a bad thing. The UK singer made more of an electronic beat album, with some singing involved, which is much different from his previous projects, '"Assume Form" and "Friends That Break Your Heart". In fact, there are some songs on this album that are only instrumental such as, "Night Sky", the title track, and "Fall Back". The instrumentals on this album are House, EDM, and Dubstep sounding, with a James Blake atmosphere and mood. There are also some great tracks in which he sings on, such as, "Asking To Break", "Fire The Editor", and "Loading", which also happens to be our favorite.
