    Mam poore din man me bahut bichar ghoomte rahete hai . Ek dar sa hamesa lagta raheta hai . Poore din overthinking hoti hai . Koi normal baat bhi kare to bahut shak hone lagta hai . Poore din udas raheta hai man . Unnecessary dar laga raheta hai . Kabhi kabhi to itni overthinking ho jaati hai ki sir me bahut dard hone lagta hai . 😰😰😰😰😰

    I started experiencing great feelings from 2014 to 2019. Then somehow my mindfulness was gone. I was stressed but mindfulness once learned, it can't be unlearned. So I started again.
    Please make a video on constant dissatisfaction due to lack of progress in one's life, comparing with others.
