    Please explain jharkhand boe 2016 paper2 Qn.4
    A boiler is equipped with a chimney 25m high.the temp.of outside air is 25*c and average temp. Of flue gases in the chimney is 320*c.if the boiler is supplied 20kg of air per kg of fuel burnt.calculate.
    1.the theoretical draft created in cm of water and
    2.the velocity of flue gases in the chimney if 60% of the draught is lost in friction at the grate and passage

    sir me boe ki taiyari kar raha hu ye 2023 me gujarat boe me puchha gaya tha iska solution dijite plz Q.3(A): Following readings are noted from a power plant Cooling Tower:
    Cooling water flow: 1500m3/hr. Cooling water inlet temperature: 38*C
    Cooling water outlet temperature: 30*C Wet-bulb temperature: 27*C
    Dry-bulb temperature: 45*C TDS of cooling water: 1500ppm
    TDS of make-up water: 250ppm Evaporation loss: 2%
    If Windage loss is negligible Then Calculate:
    (i) Approach, (ii) Range, (iii) Heat load of the cooling tower (iv) COC (Cycle of concentration),
    (v) Blow-down, (vi) Make-up water required
