The first one is unlocked by playing as a vagabong unit and finishing the mission chain, where you save a city at the end. The other one is also as playing a vagabong unit, finishing the mission chain where you kill a vagabond unit at the end, but having one of the "strong" officers in your party, like ...Zhang Liao, Xu Huang, Pang De, Yu Jin, Gan Ning, Taishi Ci, Lu Meng, Zhao Yun, Guan Yu, Zhang Fei, Xiahou Ba, Wen Yang, Lu Bu, Meng Huo, Lu Lingqi (found an online list :p)
