I hate that this only has 7k views. This song smacked me right across the face when I discovered it. Listened to it on repeat for 4 hours straight. Hits you right in the feels and it just hits the exact notes that need to be hit. Gives you everything you need. Hats off to you tipper. This is an instant classic and an absolute opus of a song
I'm a sound designer and producer myself, and I can confirm that I had the same experience upon first listen to this tune. When I first heard this track, I was completely enamored. The chord with a pitch envelope that comes in around 2:20 is what particularly captivated me. I couldn't believe such a sound could be made, although the context it's in, is what really makes it so profound. And reverse engineering that sound I'm sure will prove to be a valuable learning experience.
@@AustinZophI wish I could find it, but there’s a tipper set where he uses a very similar sound (it might be a vip of this, maybe a diff song) but he uses it in an even more pronounced way. I’ll have to dig through and find the link/tjmestamp. But I totally agree, I think this song is an underrated masterpiece. For me it’s the synth at 1:25, the choice of notes and the slightly composite layering is just so well done
I was blessed to hear this as the sun rose on the San Francisco Bay on New Year's Day 2019, before Jettison Mind Hatch was released. It's been my favorite downtempo Tipper song ever since. Everyone needs to do themselves a favor and SEE TIPPER LIVE. Peace.
I propose that, in some way, God, the universe, karma, forces unknown to humans, that in some small way, has contributed to this very song in a very meaningful way. There is no other way to explain the incredible uplift in emotional this song has on me, and for others as well. I literally can't not stop wanting to listen to this song over and over again. Cosmic rays, the voice of an angel, something, touched this artist(s) as this song was made. They had help. So beautiul and full of the most positive vibes ....

2:20-3:18 is musically bewildering. Don't know how he does it
