جزاك الله خيرا حضرتني مشكلة في موقع ان اختبارات الاسطوانات بعد 28 يوم حققت 26.5 mpa و المطلوب كان 30 mpa كان العنصر سقف مركز صحي تابع لوزارة الصحة بالسعودية والاستشاري ساعتها طلب عمل schmidt hammer للسقف والكمرات وساعتها نجحت الاختبار المطرقة والنتائج كانت ف المتوسط 34 mpa والاستشاري اكتفي بالاختبار ده هل حضرتك في مثل هذه الحالات المفروض ايه التسلسل الطبيعي لاختبار كفاءة العنصر طبقا للكود وشكرا
اذا كانت معايير قبول و رفض الخرسانه وفقا للكود الامريكي ACI 318 و ASTM C 94 فمسموح ان تقبل النتيجه اذا كان متوسط ثلاث عينات متتاليه يساوي او يزيد عن القيمه التصميميه علي الا تقل اي عينه من الثلاث عن القيمه التصميميه بمقدار ازيد من3.5 ميجا بسكال في حاله ان جهد الخرسانه المطلوب اقل من 35 ميجا بسكال ، و عليه فلا اري اي مشكله اذا كنت تتبع الكود الامريكي ، شوف الفيديو ده كان لنفس الموضوع و كمان CIP تبع ال NRMCA كانت فيها مثال توضيحي للخرسانه ذات المقاومه المنخفضه ،،،، ua-cam.com/video/-FytsGJtqug/v-deo.html
The following paragraphs from ASTM C 94. “ 18.4.1 The average of any three consecutive strength tests shall be equal to, or greater than, the specified strength, f 8c, and 18.4.2 When the specified strength is 5000 psi [35 MPa] or less, no individual strength test (average of two cylinder tests)shall be more than 500 psi [3.5 MPa] below the specified strength, f c 18.4.3 When the specified strength is greater than 5000 psi [35 MPa], no individual strength test (average of two cylinder tests) shall be less than 0.90 f c. 19.1 In the event that concrete tested in accordance with the requirements of Section 18 fails to meet the strength requirements of this specification, the manufacturer of the readymixed concrete and the purchaser shall confer to determine whether agreement can be reached as to what adjustment, if any, shall be made. If an agreement on a mutually satisfactory adjustment cannot be reached by the manufacturer and the purchaser, a decision shall be made by a panel of three qualified engineers, one of whom shall be designated by the purchaser, one by the manufacturer, and the third chosen by these two members of the panel. The question of responsibility for the cost of such arbitration shall be determined by the panel. Its decision shall be binding, except as modified by a court decision. “
