I liked AM8 best because it still had some bass but wasn't nearly as bassy as the first 2 mics. The first two mics had too much bass. Then, AM8 seem to have a tough time with plosives and handling noise, but these issues stop being a problem if you talk at an angle and have a boom arm.

@LuckyStrikeTech, great video all hell all three sounds great and all three mics are budget friendly so great product review on the Toner TD 510 because of the XLR. And thanks for the cable advice as well you cover all the basic with the Toner Mic TD 510.

I would recommend changing the knob the mic wouldn't stay in place until i switched it with the blue yeti knob and that xlr cable scares me it looks like it could break easily

Huh didn’t realize you could replace the knob. Great idea

honestly the sound of the fifine Am8 sounds way better. the flatness of the tonor i can hear the pops while speaking and it sounds like your sort of behind fabric or foam, not sure if that can be changed with settings.. the fifine sounds more clear. I honestly wish it had a metal body like tonor...but the sound is making me lean more toward fifine...

If you put a pop filter in front of your mic it fixes all that. Now it’s time for me to make a short on that!

However FIFINE does sound amazing still!

I'm already indecisive Ivy lol. I was hoping you'd tell me, Toner or AM8? For context I'll be using it for going live and to record training videos. Also hoping to start a podcast in the near future so something to get me started in that direction.

I honestly think this mic would be better for podcasts due to its tone. But FIFINE has much better noise suppression. So if you have a noisy room that would
      Be better

Honest the truth I would buy the Toner TD510 one the price is right at 59.99 and the Samson Q9U is going for 199.99. Just like i always say do your reserch before buying because you have a lot of great quality products that is consumer pocket friendly with out spending a lot.

The samson q9u is a mic that tends to be very muddy on a lot of voices the q2u is a better mic than th 9u
