However I am stating that this way of eating is simply not realistic for everyone. I’d rather someone recovering for an ED be properly informed, rather under the illusion this quantity of eating is normal.
No, she actually eats very few calories, maybe less than 1500 a day, the heaviest thing she eats is a bowl of pasta. Notice how she doesn't go get fast food or something like that, if you like to cook then you can treat yourself with a couple of candy, is just knowing your micros and macros for your lifestyle

I love the soy sauce mini bottle. We just get a plastic pouch in the U.S and it has such a high risk of spilling on you while you break it with your fingers or your teeth!.

I would like to see more funny challenges with your friends or siblings and More of what I eat In a day videos. I got inspired to drink hot water in the morning and afternoons from your vidoes and I saw that it really gets my stomach to be more relaxed and less bloating.
Maybe you can do an experiment? It seems like you have a high metabolism, because you are really skinny but eats a lot. It is very interesting to know how your weight fluctuated troughout the day. Do you gain weight after a full day of eating a lot or does your body burns it off etc. Maybe you can do a 5000 or 10000 calorie challenge to see how your body cope with that. Curious if your high metabolism can burn that off too and what your weight does.
Your body can fluctuate like 5 pound in a day from just your body doing what it’s supposed to. And for eating and drinking. Anyone who eats something or drinks something will have gained weight on the scale but that’s not fat weight. In order to gain a true pound of fat you’d have to eat 3500 calories PLUS the amount of calories you burn in a day which can be anywhere from 1500-2500 but most people don’t eat nearly that much so you’d really have to track her eating weekly to get any accurate results

Video idee!!!! I have an ED called Orthorexia(fear to eat specific foods that are deemed to be "unhealthy". I'm in recovery ,but without the help of professionals. I still can't eat "unhealthy" food and will get a panick attack if I do. Here is the idee. Follow my day of eating as a orthorexia person!!!! Breakfast: 2/3 cup of rolled oats 1 tsp of natural peunutbutter 1 1/2 tsp of cacoa powder 1 piece of Lint 70% dark chocolate. 1 tsp honey Almond milk (Add water ,pinch of salt to oats and mix in cacao.The in microwave for 4 min.Mix in 1 tsp honey.Add lint chocolate and peanut butter on top.Can also add 1/2 cup almond milk. Snack 1/3 cup coconut flour Pinch of cinnamon 2 eggs Banana (Mix ingredients and add water until wet texture.Use mixture to bake muffins.)*(Eat all te muffin as snack) Lunch 1 1/2 medium potato Lean minced beef Brocolli Onion Tomato (Cut potato into wedges,spray with olive oil and bake in oven.Cut onion and tomato into small pieces and add to beef with seasoning if choice.Make meatballs and also bake in oven.Add cup of broccoli with little melted cheese on top. ) Afternoon snack: 3 Weetbix and fruit. Witg almond milk. Dinner: 1/3 uncooked lentls 1/3 uncooked split peas 1/2 brown rice (Soak these 3 ingredients above over night to reduce phytic acid ) Cucumber Sprouted beans Tomato paste (Cook soaked lentils,split peas and rice on stove and add 3 tbsp of tomato paste.Add seasoning.Maybe some onion.Add cucumber and sprouted beans on top.
I hope you can eat a bit more healthier or at least exercise more. Too much processed stuff. Maybe you just take your body for granted but unhealthily habits will catch up to you.
