Please do a comparison video on Gixxer BS6 vs Honda Xblade . What would you recommend between the two?
I own this bike from Sept2020 and I cant believe I get around 54-55kmpl avg! Well I ride on both highway as well as city traffic but still I feel this is a great mileage :D
The fuel economy is category leading. No bike in 160 cc comes this close to 50 55 km per litre.
@@ramk3860 well i tested it again but this time after topup my bike was idle for very long times in between due to lockdown and due to that this time i got avg of 49kmpl which is still decent enough considering it wasnt running regularly

Yes I am using it since 2 and 1/2 years. The plastic parts are faded surrounding the fuel cap and side panels in which 160 is written. As you said, the engine is super smooth and gives me fuel economic above 60 kmpl when I drive the bike within 50-55 kmph. Already 20k kilometers completed. No problem noticed as of now.

Fading is not a big issue. Engine should be reliable.

BS 4 is giving me 55kmpl..and it is more powerful... Even though it is Carburetted still there is some sort of mapping in it .. It is not far behind FI. In fact.. Safer to have Carburetted engine incase of any mechanical failure.

On what speeds are you getting 55-60 kmpl? Is this bike good for long rides on highways? I usually ride at 70-80, is the bike comfortable at that speed?

For those Milegae concerned people I'm riding this bike from last 3 month. Completed only 1100km on odometer.and getting approx 59kmpl using xtra premium every time. I calculated the data using full Tank to full tank method.

I own this bike bs6 edition. Very smooth engine, power at top end is less, but overall a comfortable and joyous ride and good shock absorber, smoothly glides along rough roads and nice pilion comfort and riding stance.

@@armsf4297 It is quite comfortable. The footrest is provided from Honda only, which is firm and sturdy. The only issue is the lack of a side stand indicator, which probably comes in the 2022 edition, which is a good safety feature.

Colour fade on tank rubber, all indicators but performance is same as initial. Smooth ride and great break, as I have 2018 bike so I has only Front disk and no abs

I want to buy a bike I have two options apache rtr 200 4v bs6 and yamaha mt-15 bs6... I'm confused.. Ny1 who have ridden both bikes suggest me
For performance, mt15 is good, for overall good comfort and city and better high speed stability, apache is good but lacks 6th gear... but although its a good bike with good features engine is a bit outdated

Nice review and I agree to most of these after driving xblade for more than a month now. However, Mileage is more than 50/litre. So far I have filled 12 litres and my odometer reads 530 km with two lines in fuel bar remaining.
Very good bike. However, my rear disc is no longer working properly after first service. Seems oil or grease has come in between pads or brake calipers. Can anyone tell me how it can be repaired?

@@theempire1741 Bhai section ki baat kar raha hu. Difference dekhana hai apko toh real life mai 130 section and 140 section tyre ki width dekhiye. Fark padta hai Agar 10 section bhi tyre wide ho toh.
