    You are wrong!!!
    There's special rule to qualify for EIC even if married filing separately. Please tell me if you find the answer

    If I have c corp and on my 1040 I have only w2 income from my corp am I eligible for EIC?

    Hi Farhat,
    What if the spouse doesn't have a valid SS# but 1 of the tax payers does have a Valid SS#.
    What if you have both husband and wife with valid ss#, and they have 2 children 1 has a valid SS# AND the other has an ITIN#

      you need to see the depedency rules. typically, it would be ok with an ITIN as they dont share too many differences under revenue codes.

    This U.S. government sucks! My son is only 20 yrs. old. I can't claim him because he isn't a full-time student and made 15k a year, YET he can't use the EIC because he isn't 25 years old??? BS
