This U.S. government sucks! My son is only 20 yrs. old. I can't claim him because he isn't a full-time student and made 15k a year, YET he can't use the EIC because he isn't 25 years old??? BS

There's special rule to qualify for EIC even if married filing separately. Please tell me if you find the answer

you need to see the depedency rules. typically, it would be ok with an ITIN as they dont share too many differences under revenue codes.
