Table Entity will work as both Table and VIEW? once we activate the table entity, DB table will be created?
Yes, the DB table will directly be created on the HANA data base. Further view building on top is possible. However, CDS table entities bring all CDS capabilities.
When these feature will be made available?
On-Premise 2023:- CDS exact cardinalities- CDS simple types (without enums)- CDS scalar functionsOn-Premise 2025:- CDS table entities- CDS aspects- CDS simple types (with enums)- CDS buffer propagation
