I've been here four times, going on five next month, and can confirm that the beach is really that beautiful. Clear blue water. You can see your feet at a depth of five feet. Nice wave activity. Zero seaweed. Nothing not to like about this place.
Ardale Shepherd no you're correct that's in the Bahamas at the Riu Palace right next to Atlantis. I we did stay at the Riu Palace in Montego Bay about a year ago. It's a nice view it's a little older also but the pool area is fabulous. Also the scuba diving there is great

Usually RIU provides umbrellas & chairs included in your stay but it depends on the location. I haven't been to this location yet but its on the list.

We were on the 8th floor . We enjoyed our stay. The hotel is a little old and need some love. But it's still well worth the money
And no that's not a corner room that is the balcony Suite.
Also, this was Riu Palace Jamaica in Montego Bay, correct?

The worst hotel i ever seen they treat us in worst way also they give us dirtiest room i ever seen Its not agood choice to have fun
