It's awesome sheet and guiding users for saving headache for calculations. need your help as in our society each 1BHK & 2BHK have flats in different size. And we have been following MCS Act 1960, as per there by laws we have been charging Repair & maintenance fund and Sinking fundfund as per given formula
I) Area wise collection- have 2 components (a)- Repair & maint Fund / Formula - Construction Cost x .75%x flat area divided by 12 (1 year) (b) Sinking Fund-Construction cost x.25%xflat area divided by 12(1 year).
II) Common service charges- includes common maintenance (yearly) equally divided among members i.e. equal for all
III) NOC- for those who have tenants on rent which is 10% of common charges.

If for 1BHK and 2 BHK have different maintatance in occupancy
Please guild
In that case we will have to create another cell where the maintenance charges of 1 BHK will be mentioned and in present cell, we can put the maintenance charges for 2 BHK. Again in that case we will have to connect flat numbers with maintenance amounts through VLOOKUP. So that whenever the flat numbers are inserted, maintenance charges will flash automatically

If someone make a payment after 6 months then how can i add it in this sheet
In that case you will have to clear the back entries of pending amount and as a comment mention the payment date

You mean to say Fn. F4 ?
If you are not able to press Fn. F4, then just press F4 and it will work

In Current format, I haven't created anything for receipt generation but I think Monthly receipts can be generated easily by inserting a new sheet and taking all the required heads in next sheet. Once the Receipt Format will be ready, it can be connected through VLOOKUP
