This will be a hotspot for all the people around which has its own positives and negatives. Though the landed house is beautiful but having to pay toll everyday or even if there's a monthly pass kind of a deal is something that hits you everyday and is not the best feeling. Small recurring expenses can be big irritants.

It will be wonderful if I work in batu kawan but if my company in island, everyday I need to pay 5.60 everytime I enter. I don’t eat also need to pay 11.20

the design seem abit wasteful on space , they manage to recreate a condo size living room into a corner landed house == really blow my mind away and the awkward full height window for toilet

I'd rather pay 200 RM more rent than 100 RM in tolls. Would be a huge turn-off for me as well, but not everyone's like that
