As a non competitive fighterz player but owner of almost all characters i have to say.. the animations are nuts,but the combos uhh no idea
Honestly I'm not too good with 2d fighter games mainly because of said combos, the closest I've gotten to being competitive was injustice 1

i have 60 hours in fighterz and im too scared to play ranked cuz i have no actual game sense 💀
@@majsing_xd1032I was in about the same situation as yours: Finished the story mode and practicing combos in the training mode for a long time. But in about five online matches or so, after learning about how my opponent attack and defend, I was able to get my first win. Now I am hooked in at 170 hrs.
It's true that combo in this game can seems scary to do, especially the super technical ones.
Even for me, thought i wouldn't be good at it.... but now, as a semi competitive player with 700+ hours, i don't regret it.
I'm mot the best that for sure but I'm at least decent with every characters in the game so that's good for me 😊

This is a pretty good team, I’d add some adjustments though. In games like these there’s a point, middle, and anchor character that makes up your team. The point is the first one to go in and build bar with the help of assists, and the middle is basically your backup for when the point character dies. There’s a mechanic in this game called “Limit Break,” basically whoever your last character alive is gets stupidly strong and that has to be the anchor character. So for your team I suggest:
Point: Hit (C-Assist)
Middle: MUI Goku (B-Assist)
Anchor: Janemba (A-Assist)
Can’t wait to see more of this game!
Get someone to teach you. Doto, Rhyme, Seereax, Lythero would be super funny. It’s a lot easier to learn with someone telling you what to do.

For your team set it up as UI Goku, Hit, Janemba. For assists, choose whichever for UI, C for Hit will be amazingly helpful for you, and Janemba A assist is also very useful.
When Deions feeling better you can get a lot of pointers from him on Hit and Janemba
fighting games are hard in general but it's also way more satisfying
If you're gonna play Goku black, and Hit you should definitely try to get the homie Seereax to lab with you. He has gotten crazy at the game over the years .
As someone who watches the three idiots trio of seereax rhymestyle and dotodoya, I was shocked when this man almost accidentally made seereax's team.

He is ANYTHING but beginner friendly, but he is insanely fun when you can "get into a flow" with his movement and "stance" based moveset.

Hey Jack cool to see you doing this when i played fighterz my team was Goku Black Fused Zamasu and Vegito Blue it was so much fun to play them especially tagging out goku black to vegito and hitting the final kamehameha
If you want to continue to play 2d fighters, the best advice I got was when on the defensive or even in neutral is to block low. Low attacks are the fastest moves in the game. Near unreactable. The only attacks that get through a low block are overhead attacks and grabs, which in most games, are telegraphed. So you're able to react to them

I approach this game like I approach any game. I look at my favorite characters and I double down as their main regardless of how bad they are competitively. Cooler/Roshi/Zamasu squad!

Your order should be U.I goku, Janemba, Hit, make sure hit has C-assist.
The team I use is :SSJ Vegeta, Cooler and android 16. you should try it
Gogeta Blue and Broly DBS both my main with UI ... I especially LOVE Broly so much .. his 2M is just fun and lots of grab
some advice on characters, Bardock you can just mash like a monkey and probably win, UI goku takes at least 10 minutes in training mode to have mastered him, and SSJ4 Gogeta just try and get 7 levels to cheese a win. those three are(in my opinion) the easiest characters in the game.

I use Goku Black, Jiren, and Zamasu. I sometimes use UI Goku over Jiren.

Love this game but this and Injustice 2 and Jojos Battle R, i absolutely had having to pull back to Block. Worst way to block. If it was holding right trigger then ok. FighterZ i use Hit, Cooler, Janemba.

K IDK IF YOU READ THE COMMENTS JACK but i am a self-certified UI Goku main and I'll tell you right now, be careful with the counters! Use them too often, and you'll get rolled, but use them every once in a while and youll kick peoples' asses!
I’m confused cuz bro said he didn’t like hit when he first played him for a little bit but then gave him another shot when he actually tried the combos but when it comes to characters like kefla he don’t even try to do the combos and barely tries them out
just means he’s not interested in playing that character, ain’t that deep. he might just not like her play style

You should do a collab with Globku to learn how to play the game if you want to get good competitively. There are alot of things the tutorials and combo trials don't teach you.
