As stated in his lore, Ashe calmed the rage in him. His eyes were full of relief and love towards Ashe when she came and save him. Like saying "My wife, my wife came."
I think at first it was one sided love and political marriage. But Ashe fell later on.
@@ushijimawakatoshi1429 nah, the lore mentions that upon seeing him ashe thought he was handsome, but saw him as more of an opportunity to increase her power. He was just looking for a home for himself and the remainder of his tribe after aatrox massacred them. They fell in love as they interacted, he came to believe she was the reincarnation of Avarosa, and learned to control his rage from her. On the other hand his dedication and loyalty made her see him as more than an attractive champion, and their love bloomed
The fact that Tryndamere is not fighting Kindred but people around him is so cool,he is fighting death by battling those people and Kindred disappears as soon as Ashe kills last 2 guys behind him,just as his undying rage fades away. That stole the show for me.
Well, technically 🤓 those were not the last two enemies, we can see a bunch of them still around when Ashe and Tryndamere are together. But yeah, Tryndamere is no longer in mortal danger, so Kindred leaves.
@@AppleBaron let me technically your technically,they never said it kindred represented 2 enemies. each lunge of wolf was one enemy,each arrow another. every attack trynda fought off or parried counted as a different enemy basically. at the end,the group lying dead was the ones trynda killed. the ones in the forest were coming later after ashe came to him.
The marks on his pauldron from Wolf's claws are still there though. He actually WAS so close to death that he had to fight off Kindred.

@@jymcaballero5748 he didnt know Ashe was there at all. His ulti activated so he wouldnt die against kindred. He "deactivated" his ulti after he sees ashe,cause his eyes go back to blur

Yes tryn and ashe marraige was political but they developed feelings for each other soon after.
afaik Tryndamere and Ashe started out as political marriage but they grew a lot on each other. Ashe was always more into him than he was into her but her discission to have him as her only husband and seeing her lead the Avarosa with such compassion made him like her more and more, nd acutally believe that she might indeed be Avarosa reborn

Chains are actually pretty merciful, whereas Kayle's cleansing fire is pretty ruthless.

Morgana is the "evil" looking yet she represents the side of justice that offers redemption and forgiveness yet her powers is to bind people and chain them
Kayle is the "good/holy looking one" yet she represents the side of justice that is ruthless and absolute but her power is cleansing fire
they are incomplete sides of the same aspect
As nicky said in his champions in one sentence video put it "despite her powers being all about darkness she's actually the good sister"
Despite how Morgana's magic looks, both Morgana's and Kayle's magic is celestial in nature. Which points to how much of a hypocrite Kayle is.
well at the end they losed to Aatrox if i remember correctly. Because that was time when Aatrox wanna just die and he thought that atacking Demigods Moragan and Kayle will call their mother to try to kill Aatrox, but sadly Aatrox was still alive after that fight. But yea true more merciful here is imo Morgana.
Just seeing Ashe is enough for Tryndamere to calm down, her mere presence diminishes his fury, if that's not love, I don't know what it is.

Well said, it’s like you’re talking to her about what you both know bout the lore. She was very entertaining, I even learned a few things more abt the lore from her.
I think the reason kayle is disgusted by morg in here is because of their mother's sword. Morgana lets her sword go before using her dark powers basically implying that her mother's power isn't enough which is pretty insulting for kayle since she proceeds to cook aatrox while wielding both swords.
This is such a good take I was trying to figure out why Kayle had so much disdain for morgana there.
I think the easier explanation is she wasn't giving a disgusting expression but just being serious due to the intense fight which is not the time to be worried.
@@Hansen_0101 It could be taken that way if they hadn't fought each other soon after their brief war against aatrox. In that fight kayle leaves to heavens and morgana binds her wings, gives her sword up and stays with mortals. That is why today morgana doesn't have a sword and kayle has two.
@@azovianace altho the later can be true Kayle was just giving a serious face because of Aatrox but she took a gaze at Morgana as she was screaming in pain.

I've watched this/listened to the song for about 8 hours today.
Been checking a few UA-camr reactions and yours is definitely the bubbliest so far haha, love it! The chills in this was insane.
Jokes on you, that Ashe's bird at the end, actually gave them vision and you could see more enemies coming around them. Which means there was going to be another fight.
I feel like it's pretty clear, they first show the past with Kayle and Morgana, then the future with Yasuo, and then the present with Tryndamere, but in each case tales of death and growth with The Kindred lurking. That's plenty of explanation to infer why Yasuo's old, but the description of the official video also says this, by the way, so that helps show I'm not pulling it out of my ass haha
Yes! Ashe and Tryndamere were married because of political things basically to merge the vikings of Tryndamere with Avarosan. However, their love grew stronger which is rare for political marriage in any romance story possible but no, they're love each other and this cinematic just show their love.
Finally someone who immediately comments on the look of utter disgust in Kyles face! It's one of my fav moments of the video. Also the way they represented the Undying rage of Trynda versus Death itself, it's absolutely amazing. Great reaction ;)
Like the Vi and Jinx sister dynamic in Arcane season 1. An Arcane-like series between Kayle and Morgana would be awesome.
First scene is the past, second is the (potential?) future, third is the present.

the yasuo part got me in mixed emotions since he's been in a lot of cinematics before but it makes me think that the old yasuo is quite interesting cuz we got lore progression of him
and then the gaze of both tryndamere and ashe made me feel their love. But a very normal day of war in Freljord.
But a cool way to incorporate Kindred in Tryndamere trying to fight his death by his fury but they disappeared once the real threats behind Trynd was killed by Ashe.
It made me cry as a whole.
the yasuo part isnt his current lore, its a possible future, the description of the video was 'past, present and possible futures'

He's referring to the fact that you keep saying 'lore progression' when it's just a vision of a possible future. If you had a vision of eating a hotdog for dinner and had pizza instead, that vision was not progression just a possibility that never came to fruition. Possible futures are not lore, lore is things that have happened.
3:05 "falling from grace" is Kayle's view on things, when Morgana is actually out here saving lives. Kayle would rather burn the world down than accept the fact that good and evil are things you do, not things you are.

I love how everyone who reacts to this is just so stoked when Tryn sees Ashe.
Great to see Kindred getting some attention again, and having their dual roles show in their animations: Wolf represents the warriors that are an active threat to Tryndamere, the reason why he's fighting against death. Lamb, meanwhile, is just chilling out, pacing, waiting to see if he'll just accept death quietly, then when Ashe shows up (in actually reasonable fur and leather armor, for once) Lamb lowers her bow a bit as if to say "Alright, fine, not this time then"

My understanding of their relationship is it started out political and then the feelings developed later. It's a dynamic I really enjoy. It made me scream when I saw her arrows, because she is my favorite and I always wanted to see her save hubby's butt.

The whole theme is "StillHere", referencing Kindred who is DeathIncarnate. Whether it's the Past (Morgana &Kayle), Present (Tryndamere), and Future (OldMan Yasuo). Death is "Still Here" no matter whattime it is. You can see Kindred in the Fires of thePast destroying Aatrox, Facing Tryndamere, andShooting a Fatal Arrow at Old Man Yasuo in thehead.@@IAmZamber
That side eye was animated by someone who had their parents look at them like that at a family gathering for getting an art degree instead of becoming a doctor. xD

I have watched maybe 20 different reactions to this cinematic - most I've either disliked or clicked off of quickly, I've just been looking for someone who will actually watch the cinematic and invest themselves in the characters instead of reading chat or just memeing. Seeing you tear up, much less than me admittedly, was nice, sharing the emotional intensity of this insanely good piece of lore. I sometimes wonder just how big the gap is between my empathy and the usual persons empathy, and how much of a role being in "entertainer" mode plays in the lack of interest and involvement in the very point of a reaction. In any case, this was really nice to watch, and if you're gonna react to some older cinematics, I'm hella down to give them a look too, but don't force it, just watch it and react when you truly want to and let yourself enjoy it, that's what makes a reaction video golden. I love how in the fight with the kindred, the people that were fighting tryndamere disappeared and it was only the kindred there. Kindred stopping when noticing that it wasnt trynda's time when ashe appeared and also rhe way only the wolf was doing most of the fight, meaning that tryndamere was never going to die without fighting. Beautifully done!

It always gives me chills when Tryndamere screamed at Kindred during his Undying Rage. Basically screaming at death.
Trynda fighting of Kindred themselfe everytime he ults is the most badass lore explanation for "press R for too angry to die mode" ever
Something I just noticed watching that last scene: As Ashe enters the area she kind of runs through the vanishing form of Kindred. I don't know much about the lore, but i feel like it was a lot more symbolic. He's using his undying to fight off, literally, death until Ashe arrives.
I cant stress just how much Kindred stole this entire thing for me.
From the beginning quote. To the reoccurring appearances very subtly through it all.
I also find it crazy I dont really play league much at all, but im an absolute junkie for its lore.
So watching most avid league players react and not knowing whats happening was kind of jarring tbh lol.
Even the beginning line most of them didnt know!
But Kindred was the first thing I ever saw from league, many many years ago. To this day while Kindred may not be that viable in game competitively, I think Kindred is still the most conceptually and interesting champions. I actually love Kindred. The design, idea, lines, ect.
Death is not evil. Death just *is*.
But seeing Morgana and Kayle while they were still acting as aspects was a major treat for me personally.
The early signs of breaking apart ugh so good.
Old man Yasuo was also something I didnt even remotely expect.

I think kayle gave morgana that look bc instead of using somekind of offensive magic and try to kill aatrox, she used some magic that just chain him. Meaning that morgana has a good hearth and doesn't kill
The side eye is understandable because by this point Kayle had already lost faith in her sister due to an earlier incident when the two battled to save the former demacian capital, Zeffira from an attack. Morgana quit the battlefield to go save civilians and after that Kayle no longer trusted her and they would later come to blows and destroy Zeffira in their fight.
Could be that this actually is the bagtle of Zeffira

2:16 it's normal. morgana and kayle are sisters. the 2 swords formed a single sword and belonged to their mother (Mihira). Kayle idolizes her mother and she is extremely upset that Morgana uses this magic by leaving their mother's inheritance on the ground. (Kayle collects the 2 swords). This scene takes place 1000 years ago. because morgana and kayle are going to argue (no spoiler... you have to read the lore). the city is "zeffira", they must protect it, but they will destroy it when they fight against each other

Kayle and Morgana represent the past, they are in front of a Demacia under construction, so they are still fighting together, but from her look of contempt and judgment it is clear that they were no longer getting along, Tryndamere and Ashe represent the present , and yes he is metaphorically fighting against death, and when Ashe arrives, Kindred realize that Trynda is not going to die and leave, and the old man is a Yasuo in the future, where he had given up fighting and only fights again to protect the mother with her son, and in the end he sees the Kindred wolf along with the hail of arrows and accept death.

Kindred is soul of death.. so symbolism is this.. They are all actually rejecting death.... Yasuo was old and he rejected too.. That is symbolic
The constant "Morgana turn evil" thing in all these reactions really gets to me. She is not and never was evil, in fact she is just as much an embodiment of justice as her sister, however it is more based in compassion and redemption. She did not 'fall'. Her only crime was to kill a zealot threatening her and her people who happened to be Kayle's disciple. Kayle is the evil one with her authoritarian tyranical sense of justice.

I love that as much as everyone else kinda stole the show, this is a Kindred cinematic. From past (the sisters) to present (Trynd) to future (Yas), Kindred was present at all 3. At the first, she sat idly by as Aatrox “died” because the Darkin magic makes them immortal, so Kindred actually can’t claim them. In the future, we see Wolf’s eyes in the trees as the Kindred arrow takes Yasuo. In the present, Tryndamere fights the other soldiers around him while he sees himself fighting Wolf and Lamb. And once Ashe fires her arrows, Lamb lowers her bow because she knows he is gonna survive, and it’s not his time yet. But to see the visualization that when Tryndamere is using his Undying Rage that he is literally fighting against Death itself, that’s amazing. The cinematic opens with a quote from Lamb about how tomorrow is never guaranteed, and the name of the cinematic is “Still Here,” as a constant reminder that Death is always present and can come for anyone.
@4:34 I think they are showing the future of Yasuo embracing his inevitable demise, and then, in contrast, Tryndamere is actively battling against death itself, refusing to succumb.

also the metaphor for trynd fighting Kindred is that he always sees him instead of whose he's fighting when hes's in his undying as he's so close to death
the Yasuo section if you look at the end you see the wold in the visuals of the trees below the arrows and yasuo accepts his death as lambs arrow comes to him
The look Kayle gave Morgana is the "Hah. Told you! " kind of disgusted look.
For me, Morgana trying to stop Aatrox with the binding chains seems to symbolize her belief that sinner could still be redeemed and worthy of change as long as they gave them the reason to and show the to the right path.
Aatrox's struggle to break free symbolizes his refusal to change and thus makes him irredeemable.
And Kayle's look symbolizes her disgust for compassion. She's basically the "Blind justice" Personified. She doesn't believe in change and redemption thus giving sinners divine punishment.
Ashe and Tryndamere marriage were pure political when they did by they ended up falling in love with each other. There's a side story that tells that by ashes PoV

Morgana isn't evil, she's actually the one protecting Demacia and the humans if some one is the bad one that is Kayle( the truth is that she doesn't care too much for the humans) and she's a jerk. Thing aside Morgana's magic isn't dark magic, its celestial magic the color doesn't matter

I played since basically launch, for most of that time with the spunds effects off. Maybe that's because the voice lines were super limited in the beginning and it was more distracting than anything. Was/am super into the lore itself tho

Kayle so there is no reason to explain the bad side of her justice, but I'll explain it about Morgana's. Let's say she let live some killer with a chance to redeem. Sure some people will use that chance, but you think every person will do it for good? No. More innocent people will be harmed because of that, because of Morgana's decision.
Kayle justice is static -- you did a crime. you get a punishment, no matter of her feeling and personal connection.
Kayle really be judging Morgana for saving her life. Girl can't even pretend to not be judgmental for a second.

I’m not too caught up on the tryndamere and Ashe lore but it feels like it started as a political relationship but Trynd has definitely grown to actually love her but Ashe doesn’t see it that way? I could be wrong though.
