    I would love more master classes from you ! Your instructions make these bead crochet patterns look so simple, and they aren;t. Thank you so much I've always wanted to do progects like this and have never been able to figure out the pattern.

    Thank you so much for creating this video! All other videos I have watched about bead crochet are either for necklaces, are in Russian, or are simply confusing. This video is so clear and explanatory. I am having difficulty transitioning from row 11 to 12 though. In order to get my pattern to line up correctly, I have to either add a blank stitch before each row during the continuously rows, or not put two in one on the last tip of row 11. It's quite frustrating and was wondering if you could help me?

      Thank you very much! So you're probably doing something wrong, but unfortunately I can't tell what at this distance. On row 11 you crochet 11 beads - 9 each in a loop and 2 beads in a loop. You'll do all of this 6 times. So we have 66 loops for row 12. So there shouldn't be the problem you describe, the loop counts match. Unfortunately, I can't help more if I can't see your work.

    Thank you for this tutorial. Can i start this way making a bead crochet ball? Making a magic circle is rather difficult...or do i have to practice more?
    This beginning is only for making a beaded egg?

      Hi, you can use the starter for both eggs and balls, it doesn't matter :)

    Hi Daniela, can you also use Miyuki 11/0 beads for this pattern ?

    • @Danysska
      @Danysska  8 місяців тому

      Hi, you can use any beads you like. To make the pattern fit the same size egg, you should use Miyuki ROUND. For example, Delicas are a little smaller, so you would also make an egg, but just a little smaller.

    Hey! I succeed to make an egg for my daughter after your tutorial. Amazing! But now I want to make for her a Christmas Ball ornament. My question is: how I can decide how many beads at the maximum of the diameter and how many rows. Thank you very much in advance.

      Thank you very much!
      The calculation is not so clear-cut, it needs to be tested. Let me give you an example. I want to crochet a ball that is 10 cm in diameter. Its circumference will be 31.4 cm. I will crochet with size 11/0 beads. The pattern will have 58 rows in height - 10 (diameter) x 5.8 (I get about 5.8 beads per 1 cm of pattern height) = 58 rows. 31.4 cm (circumference) x 5.3 (I get roughly 5.3 beads per 1 cm width) = 166.42 beads. And since the ball will have 6 tips, I'll look for the nearest multiple of six. So at the widest point, the ball will have either 162 or 168 beads. I have to choose what I think is the better option.
      I hope I have explained this at least a little clearly.

      Thank you very much! You can find the Christmas ball tutorial on my channel too :) The principle is the same as for the egg, only the number of beads in the row changes.

    Thank you so much for creating all of your videos. You do a fabulous job of explaining things. Is it possible to use stuffing material instead of a plastic egg to make this into a soft beaded egg? Thank you for responding.
