Good video. Important because of the Venn Diagram technique in the end of the video has made finding radios rather easy, so every hab and radio has essentially a timer counting down until it is found and destroyed. The harder it is to find, the longer the timer!

@@THEKNIGHT-77 yeah try defending the radio that is miles away from the HAB and see how it turns out. Also great idea to place the fob then start running towards he enemy position to place the HAB, which btw you are going to take your sweet ass time to set down because of terrain. This is way overcomplicated for no reason. It is a simple as you place the HAB and radio next to each other, if possible within cover if not concealed, that's it. You don't need a spread sheet to know how or were to place it. If you do need it, you probably shouldn't be squad leading.

@@village4942 trust me its better in most situations and i must say again "most" not ALL to have the radio separate from the HAB, its not overcomplicated this is honesty in its simplest form and this spread sheet is to help to get you started to start thinking about some things and after awhile you be doing the same type of checklist in your head.

Seeing as you enjoy heli scouting, you may want to try flying with a joystick. When flying by mouse you constantly have to switch back and forth between free-look mode and flight control mode. When using a joystick, you decouple the flight controls from the free-look controls, allowing you to control both at the same time. You can then orbit any point of interest while constantly looking out the right window, enabling sustained uninterrupted UAV-like surveillance of the ground below. This greatly improves your situational awareness and ability to find hidden objects.

06:40 well, there is one thing worse than running 4 mins from a far hab and thats running from main!

2:30 disagree, depends on context, good combat engis make it impossible to retrieve if its far away. 4:50 also disagree, the enemy can dig themselves in with the radio making it impossible to dig up in time. Another tips is to not place the hab inbetween the line from the spawn and your/the enemies objetive, natural inclination will make people run in a straight line and find your fob (opposite for hab hunters) Very good guide for a quick overview!

Yeh with 4:50 i do agree they can seal themselves in with the radio and i should of noted that disadvantage with the HASCO wall method, Also thank u for taking your time to comment to!
