A year ago today we lost our Princess...But, she is among the stars now, and lives on forevermore in each of our hearts. Rest in peace, our beloved Carrie Fisher.
This is a beautiful arrangement. Still can't believe its been a year since we lost her and her mother. My heart still hurts, but this warms my soul.

I know It's been two years since Carrie Fisher joined with the Force...but up till this point, no tribute to her has made me weep until I pushed "play" on this one. Most tributes have been with full orchestra, which is great, but almost too expected, too concert-like. This duet, however, was heartwrenchingly beautiful in its simplicity, and the dim lighting gave the tribute that extra "mourning" vibe that many still feel after only two years. I mean, let's face it: Carrie Fisher's performance as Leia, both in the first movies, and in her reprise as General in the newer movies before she died, was iconic. She gave girls and women a character to look up to, "cinnamon-bun" hairdo and all! ;-D
This is beautiful. As a flute player, I can testify personally that it is difficult to achieve this level of perfection on this piece.
If beauty had a sound, this would be it. Bravo! Bravo, maestro.

Oh my god it’s so beautiful ik I’m late and it’s been a year since Carrie Fisher died rip she was honestly my favorite in Star Wars and you doing this tribute means a lot and it’s so beautiful one day I want to play as wonderful as you next year I’m switching to orchestra because I don’t want to play the tuba anymore one particular reason is because you play so amazing every time I hear one of you covers I just get so relaxed and feel like time just stopped now I’m gonna follow my dreams and join orchestra and I’m going to work so hard until I reach BEYOND my goal thank you for taking your time to edit, play, compose, and upload your covers for you fans to see your hard work
