To help overcome anxiety, I face my fear of Alligators by wrestling one! And there's no better place to do that than the Alligator Capital of the World, Gatorland in Orlando, Florida.
I've struggled with General Anxiety and Panic Disorder for most of my adult life. It's an isolating feeling and I just got tired of feeling stuck in my life. So, I started documenting my journey of overcoming anxiety by pushing myself out of my comfort zone and into THE ROB ZONE -- one extraordinary adventure at a time.
