I understood, that the spy said at the end of the short "shut up" because at the beginning the scout was watching smosh, so it was a reference to the hidden message easter egg, it was a compliment, that's why the spy says it loudly, because in smosh in Each chapter is usually someone who spends it saying that phrase, but shouting to demand silence, then to reflect that habitual behavior the subject who shouts that phrase called "shut up".
It is a hint really or that is what I think, but well hidden but not different from any other riddle or puzzle "puzzle", so analyzing all this, it was when I came to the conclusion that you realized that that was the decision of the creator and editor of this youtube video, which was and had that genius-level idea, not only that but also at the plot level, leaving aside the fact that it is a reference, because it continues to serve due to the context that was the echo that both scouts and heavyweights were scolded by the spy, because they began to make a scandal in their house, so if it made sense to take that idea for that plot because apparently it does not seem like a crazy idea that highlights any reason or indication to demonstrate a flaw and defect of the gion written for this plot of this short that is included in the video that we are watching.
