Hi everyone!
This episode was a bit different... but it was REALLY fun to make. I hope you enjoy a little 'bottle episode' as some might term it, in which Rubick and Enigma have a little deathmatch. Rules will be broken. Silly things may occur. I don't even.
The rest of this month will not contain episode 53, but it will have a short Frostivus cartoon and and END OF THE YEAR update to let everyone know what the plan is going into next year.
It's been a really fun 2014, I've been having blast just experimenting with this series, throwing things at the wall and seeing what sticks. I hope you've enjoyed the journey, and here's to more fun in the future.

Enigma rework for next update confirmed
Midnight Pulse changed to Enigma Kick
I could get behind that.. Midnight Pulse sucks donkey balls...
Midnight pulse is one of the bets late game abilities, if anyone actually care I will explain it.

Only if the enemy is dumb enough to actually stand in it.. It's only really worth leveling to combine with Agh's & Black Hole.
Or, u know, combo it with ur q so they're stuck in it longer or have any sort of stun period and use it.
PeteTheGrouch Midnight pulse is amazing... First of all it's MAX HP % so late game it's huge damage. If your fingers are quick enough you can cast pulse and spam blackhole right after if the situation gives you the opportunity. It forces the enemy to not stand in it should you just throw it down making it an excellent crowd control ability. It also kills trees!
New ability confirmed: Enigma kick: Channel all your strength and the power of the universe to push an enemy hero 1000 units away dealing 0000 damage. Deals extra damage to Rubick.
Sorry man.. but there's an EVEN MORE bullshit version. Called the "Enchant Remmant + Boulder Smash combo from Earth Spirit" 2000 range...
Can't forget the "Health Bar Slam" Deals 101% Melee damage and mini-stuns the target for .001 seconds. If target enemy is a magus, his next telekinesis will become spur-attic, causing the final slam to fling you 800 units away from the caster.

ArtOfRape Just add an exception like for force staff and geomagnetic grip that stops them from moving. Because we don't have exceptions enough.

-Patches up every possible plot hole
-Manages to make sense of every problem and situation
-Satisfying ending
-Furthers the plot using item purchases
-Still makes hilarious jokes all throughout

They had fun and congratulated eachother after the chase? That's probably the least accuarate thing I've seen on this animation.

Nice episode, showed a little of the real fun of DotA in my opinion. It's actually even funnier when all 5 players of each team plays like rubick and enigma did in this episode, while helping each other, but that is somethings that happens only twice a whole month actually haha
This was the best episode you've made so far, I'd love to see so more "bottle" episodes like this in the future. Keep it up!

The real-match vibe is really kicking in this episode! Really like it when both players respect each other's plays, and it was nice to see it in this format

AWESOME SHOWDOWN! I`m glad that Rubick didn`t just go easy on enigma and also acknowledge Enigma`s improvements in this season. its like he`s been waiting for this moment to settle who is stronger. and I`m Glad that in they end they`re like laughing as if they were just sparring to test their improvements! I really hope that if there would be a next season enigma and rubick would be in the same team again!
this is very good the series lacked an episode like this since chases do happen occasionaly in the world of dota.
I'm happy they both were enjoying themselves at the end. That does happens sometimes, and is the best part of dota.

LOL Enigma used the health bar reminds me of Deadpool in Marvel vs. Capcom
The stalling while his idelons earnt enough money to get blink dagger would have been a pretty good play in a real game.
Enigma Kick is my favourite moment from this entire show/series thing.

The reason why i laugh is :
1. New weapon = Health bar
2. Enigma new skill = Enigma Kick (Tusk's Walrus Kick reference)
3. Fail Regeneration Rune
Nice details ! (Insert time here; the Ancient eating the satyr in the end etc. )
The pacing and animations are done really well. You really do get a sense of....ENIGMA KICK!

Kinda expected the dragon to comment on 2 people dying in front of him or satyr just randomyl shooting him with ball of energy but I guess he was eating. See Even creeps got manners enough to not talk with food in their mouth
