Love it! Now I know about rams I can’t wait to see what’s next!
Haha thanks Joel 🙏🙏
I really like Rams, but have had terrible luck. PH or something. I have well water filtered thru 180feet of granite - so it should be good. Glad you're back - missed your intelligent videos.
Sorry to hear you haven’t had much luck. I think the most important thing to do first is to purchase a good quality pair. Preferably local bred to your water conditions and parameters.
Thank you so much for watching!! I appreciate the comment 🙂🙏
Very glad to see a new video from you! I feared you were done with UA-cam.
Thanks Tyler! No, not done with UA-cam…just needed a break for a little while
I raise blue and black Ram in New York. And they are breeding like crazy I watch your videos on get some tips. Because these fish are new to me I actually bought them by accident 😂👍
I recognise one of those pair with fry 😊
Love that video Gav😃🤩
Absolutely beautiful justin! I really do love rams and i cant wait to get some again. I have 1 bolivain ram that's all. Will setup a large tank for rams in the future 😊 thanks for sharing mate 😁
Hi there mate! Great to see your comment. Please do! Rams are honestly the best fish you could ever get 🙂👍
Where’s the next video
I had a pair of Bolivian Rams, were beautiful but I just couldn't get them to eat, even if I used a pipette right in front of their face. I'd like to try again in the future though. Any tips?
Hey justin quick question, when my rams lay the eggs im geeting to the stage where they wriggle on the rock and between the 2 days after they wriggle they just drop to the bottom and wriggle and then they just die, what stage am i missing for them to start swimming around?i got the container near a air stone to keep water flow and still they die im just cunfused and i use methaline blue.
MD Fishtank should buy ramz from u. So he could do a tank build of different strains of ramz. 😊
When I just got them. I didn't even know they named. I bought 2 block and 2 blue mail and female.
How can I contact you bro

can anyone please answer the following 2 questions for me. I have went to so many fish shops and keep getting different answers. 1) How many rams can be kept together for example how many could I keep in say a 60 gallon tank? 2) what is thr best food to feed them both flake/pellet and live food? Thanks for any help.
I want to buy gbr and dkr. Can u ship to Malaysia ?
No, unfortunately I don’t ship outside of Australia. However, Malaysia has a lot of breeders I’m sure you can find a reputable one:)
U and KFS still friends?
It's been like two months since I got these fish and they already give me eggs like 4 times
Another myth I found is that you can't make sweet love with Mikrogeophagus Ramirezi. You so can just need to wine and dine them.
Rams are fairly peaceful to other fish, but not their own kind. Rams require warmer water than many other fish. Trying to do a "catch weight" temperature is asking for trouble, especially if you're not careful at water change time to maintain tank temperature. They can be difficult to breed, particularly if they're not bought as a pair or at least having been brought together as a young male and a young female (with no other options). They "pair up" and while they will often settle if there are no other options, it isn't guaranteed and variety differences or age can affect those chances. Rams, like other cichlids (and fish) get used to the conditions they're kept at and bred at (especially after many generations). Know the water parameters the fish you're buying have been kept in and keep them at approximate conditions.
