As you may know, the structure of a clad-rack warehouse is composed of thousands of junctions and rods, so we need powerful calculation programs to model and calculate this type of installations. Having said that, we use different ranges of frames depending on the design made, country regulations, handling machines, seismic coefficients, etc. The frame range goes from 12m to 6m approximately.

What is the highest warehouse in the world?
The highest I could find is a ustoreit facility in chicago which is 21 stories high. Dont know if this could be classed as a warehouse though
