Bottle Alley Hastings at Night (Scootercam) The New Lights

went to see the new lights in bottle alley last night but i think they were only on one setting there was no red in them and they just moved along at one speed but ill go again when they have the grand opening on 25th november. after bottle alley went on the pier to see what they were like from there
