Isn’t it lovely how the skilless Character that requires 300 wins gets absolutely gutted. Meanwhile classic got upgrade 3 changed to 350 exp + 60 wins. Classic upgrade 3 also having forced damage combos that do half of your hp, and being able to easily stall for stamina regen. Not to mention retribution easily being the most overpowered thing in this game that literally no one mentions.
The funniest thing is that even though lb got gutted people are still so bad at the game that they still lose. (Even though he literally wasn’t op before)

to be honest this nerf makes perfect sense, like pre nerf lb could just use all of his moves of phase 1 in the general direction of the chara team and win without even using phase 2. also phase 1 being nerfed a lot makes sense since upgrade 1 (the only upgrade that buffs phase 1) is easily obtainable in low wins where people dont know how to play and dont have something strong enought to counter something like pre nerf lb. for the damage all i need to say is that not all moves need to be 1 second cooldown oneshot moves, and for the stamina nerf it makes sense if you have phase 2 equipped (it should only be an upgrade 2+ thing). also phase 2 nerfs are perfectly deserved considering how op it used to be... like bro screen flip + bone jumps + blaster to camp in + more blasters + the fact that most people have low health from phase 1 + the final attack wich still has a broken 2D box attack. all of this with a character that costs (to max) about the same as waterfall dust sans

LB was the last character I considered hard to beat, and now look at him, lower DPS then PaciFell (I’m not even lying, it’s easier to die to PaciFell then it is to LB)
Last Breath was considered by most (all of the players) really annoying to fight just for the unfair amount of damage and with the DT rework it became straight up almost impossible to beat. Once again ULC devs don’t know how to balance things as they did with stardin (kinda) and i don’t know even with outerdust ruins too if that’s intentional (the blasters do no damage now) literally even if you WANTED to die you would still need to try against Last breath. Saying that the damage is almost null is an understatement.
Outerdust ruins blasters were bugged legit they had an extra 0 in it by mistake they use to be nuclear bombs that had low cooldown so he's in line with the ruins encounters instead of being better then stardin by a land slide yet outer ruins is still prob the best ruins encounter

@@8lFx Then you're lucky. Most of the time his hitbox is messed up and even the slightest wrong move can drain all his HP.It's harder than that. You probably either have a good PC or a good hitbox.

Hes still good you can still easily kill with him you'll just need to corner camp during phase 1 to make people extra low so phase 2 cam finish then off also auto blasters cause screen flip and bone sliders cause the middle blaster

His phase 1 was already ass without skill, now it’s unwinnable WITH skill, p2 was way better then p1 but not to the point it was a pain to fight.
