Thanks a ton for the guide! I was really struggling with this boss, but I ended up changing my starting strategy and following your operator placements and it helped me finally beat this ending
Thank you so much! I just beat this stage using your squad as guidance, and it helped out a lot! I had thorns face the bear instead of facing downwards, but I also had about 106 ingots for the Chivalric Commandments, so it absolutely destroyed the bear and perfumer out-healed everything before the gargoyle enemies even spawned.
I use similar strategy but a bit better placement so that I don't have to undeploy ops after skill. That way I never even see gargoyles spawn. Put aoe medic on the top right high ground tile facing left, melee ops can go to the left of medic facing left (into the bear) under aoe heal easily. Saria and Thorns can heal and hold left lane all by themselves. Also I find that Mudrock is enough to defend left lane alone (especially with Parfumer passive) and with good healing on right side, I can even have Thorns attack bear as well. Thorns can also be nice to place to the right of aoe medic facing left, that way he can kill enemies so that melee ops don't have to divide their attention to them. Cheers
-this bear- DESPAIR how many times have I tried to beat it but on normal mode I always get rekt by those stupid golems, don't have enough DPS or if I do I die from the farts. I've already beaten Lucian multiple times but never was even close to beating this f###ing thing
@@pao5176 aaaaaaaagh, I had such a good run but the game decided to f*ck me up and gave me Sensitive and Imagined ON THE BOSS FLOOR. had it down to 1/3 HP but then one of my medics died and everything fell apart
Holy sheet, finally!!! with 100 ASPD bonus for all operators, 25% melee attack boost and 35% physical boost with E2 Executor and Mizuki and some help from Matoimaru and Red, didn't even leak a single enemy with Broca handling the right side. luckly I got the blank note from the last step before boss fight
Thanks for this, this'll be helpful when I manage TO ACTUALLY REACH THE BOSS AND NOT GET BONED BY HORRIBLE RNG AND BAD STAGES.
Is Surprise Factory one of your hated stages in IS2?
@@hypermalware1364 Somehow I've never had issues with that one. The one with the charging Sarkaz though, boy that stage can disappear.
@@Hakkar6993 for me, 'with the crowd' has ended most runs for me.

Schwarz is absolutely amazing in this map! Her S3 easily ignores the teddy's shield.

"How do you deal with the gargoyles? I don't" XD Good stuff!

2:46 My idea on the gargoyles would be to kill the bear as soon as possible

Once you beat the bear, it's all smooth sailing from there -until you rematch the bear with all the other squads you haven't finished yet-
