Do your arms and leg muscles pull real tight at times?
I definitely deal with tight muscles throughout my body but especially in my back and neck. I also noticed that the most comfortable sitting position is if I can wedge myself against something by putting my legs up. I am not for sure if I experience exactly what you are describing but sending love and strength your way!
