Sir if I deleted recovery partition in windows 10 and installed new windows 11 from bootable usb so will the recovery partition revive or come back? With new windows image in it? I think my recovery partition is infected and wanted to create a fresh partition for my windows

What if in Disk Management, it just says the size of the partition, it does not say Recovery Partition, NTFS and Healthy? It only says the size in GB/MB.

Is it okay to delete that? Does it have any effects?

    Great explanations. Thank you.
how do I then Un-Assosiate the partition?
And is there a need to give ownership back to something in the system so that the recovery works properly after all this?

Whats showing in my cmd is the argument specified for this command are not valid, for more info type help list partition, tried typing. On dynamic disk the partitions do not necessarily correspond to the dynamic volumes on the disk. partitions may not be deleted or created on dynamic disk.

Wonderful explanation!!!!, I would like to ask you a question on this if you don't mind. The question is I have partitioned all the available space into 3 drives C, D, F(So hard disk size is completed allocated) and also I tried partition for recovery and it did get created and showing 529MB as in your video so I am not sure from where it took this space. Should I have to delete this? will there be a problem because of this? could you enlighten me on this? Thank you.

Sir, I just bought a new laptop from Dell company. As I was looking for a partition of my 512 GB SSD I found that it already has a 650MB Healthy (EFI System partition) and 3 Healthy (Recovery partition) of size 990 MB, 15.02 GB, and 1.21GB space, and all of them is 100% free. It means it contains nothing. so where my recovery and how I can make my recovery for Windows 10 and pre-installed licensed MS-Office student and home 2019.
I have one more doubt that my computer came with a pre-installed licensed MS-Office student and home 2019 and I already signed in my Microsoft account. I want to know that if in the future, I need to reset my computer than from where I can get that my licensed software?

I have a HP laptop with this recovery partition. (D:) Currently running Windows 10 1909. Originally came with Windows 7 OEM. Does this recovery partition contain Windows 7 or Windows 10 RE ? If it is WINDOWS 7 , should I delete it and install Windows 10 RE ? Is it absolutely necessary to have ? BTW very good video .

Hello IT Army, Great Job on this by the way! I have a Dell OptiPlex 3040 and I accidentally deleted all partitions when I installed a clean install of Windows 7 and I would like them back and if so is it possible to recover them and continue using them and reinstall Windows 7 and save all my files? I will await for your response. Thank You!
