Let me know how you think the league table will look in May next year!
United thing in 01 is incorrect. Liverpool won the league with 7 games to go cuz they were 23 points above city with 7 games to go
Remember last season .... Haaland will flop, said Rory.....you did admittedly call yourself out on that though , so maybe I'm being a bit harsh....Love your content dude 👌💯🏴
Congrats 👏 Luton Town for winning the league!
man city gets 114 points and scores 130 goals
Winner: Brighton
Top 4: Newcastle, arsenal, man utd
Top 6: Liverpool, Aston villa
Relegation: chelsea, Everton, wolves
Top goalscorer: isak/ Wilson
Young player of season: garnacho
Best player of season: guimaraes
Rory is hilarious. Son is in a different league to Sterling. Sterling excelled when Pep gave him tap ins.
City fan but true. Similarly Kane is better then Haaland
And he still skied them
I see them as preety much the same league
If you look at G/A per Season its Son by a mile + he's a Golden Boot winner, and yes I have bias as a Spurs fan. But I've never seen Sterling have the ability to curl in a shot from outside the box either footed, cuz he doesn't have the skill.
Was Pep in Liverpool when he played their too. Son hasn't won anything as yet.
One of the easiest questions I’ve ever heard asked, Son or Sterling? Son is astronomically unbelievably unfathomably clear of Sterling.
*preparing to bet my life savings on the opposite of these predictions*
🤣🤣🤣
man city to get relegated
Well good luck betting your life savings City finishing last
😂
@@tonisosic5075 don't worry halfway into the season he will say city won't win the league
Sterling over Son is an absolutely shocking take Rory 😂
Both not good enough in 2023
@@AllActionFootballthat’s an incredibly short memory you’ve got there
I’d take sterling over son in my team any day in the week
Son is clear of sterling.
Son will be world class next year.
Son over Sterling for sure, and this is from an Arsenal fan, wild take there Rory
Son has been one the most consistent attackers in the league since his 2nd season at Spurs. The fact that he scored 10 goals and 6 assists in the PL in one of the worst Tottenham sides we've seen in recent years, and is still being called to have had a poor season is testament to how high he set the bar for his performances and expectations!
Worth noting that he also recently revealed that he'd been soldiering on despite carrying a hernia injury for the majority of last season.
Sterling is a decent talent but he isn't a patch on Son!
U said everything what I wanted to say. Thanks
Aside from the hernia, Conte deployed Son in the dumbest ways last season. He nullified his strengths and highlighted his weaknesses.
Since Son arrived in the PL he has 103 goals, 58 assists in 268 appearances (19060 mins).
Sterling over the same timeframe has 97 goals, 59 assists in 253 appearances (19030 mins).
It's very close numbers wise, but given Son has played for worse teams virtually every season bar last year and had to acclimate to the league when he arrived unlike Sterling, it's Son. He's just better.
Spurs has been a top 4 side for a long time. It’s like saying you rather have Salah over Messi over the past 7yrs cause Liverpool aren’t as good as Barca were....nonsense
This is the most logical comment on this thread! 🙌👏
@@miamitten1123 being a top 4 team and being a title winning team is very different. Liverpool were finishing 20+ points ahead of Spurs.
I'd like to congratulate Luton 11 months in advance for making the europa league. I would never have believed it but Rory predicting your demise means its a near certainty you finish top half.
Buvey and Mackola are the only two UA-cam pundits that can challenge Rory for simply awful takes.
yeah it hasn't evolved from when it started why it's become such a boring watch imo
I think Buvey actually has a decent track record of getting things right, they just sound like bad takes when he initially says them
@@Anonymous.android buvey has good takes when he’s not trying to wind others up
All 3 of them are snakes true Gordie says Hello wouldn't want any of them to be a friend. They will throw you in the gutter
I think Buvey just trolls😂 his takes are decent but whenever he comes up against someone he'll specifically make a bad take that's designed to wind that person up so I don't think he genuinely means it, just wants to create drama.
I have to say……. Rory is SHAMELESS and I’m here for it 😂😂😂
Same😂😂
He's clickbaiting for views and likes and knows what he's doing ..
As a Man City fan, I'm taking Son over Sterling... Pretty shameful, but the guy has seriously fallen from who he once was. In his last season for City, he scored a decent amount of goals and all, yet he was always the player I wanted least in the first 11.
Sterling scored 31 goals in a season for you and he was a 1st player at Liverpool for 2yrs and 5yrs at city. What football was you watching!!!????
@@miamitten1123 I'm watching Man City, and that's the problem. He just wasn't at the same level as the others. He wasn't playing at the same level as he was in the 17/18 season. He also misses a lot of chances.
Don't get me wrong, he's a club legend in my eyes, but that doesn't mean he's good enough. The guy can be kinda lazy. Got a lot of talent, but not as much as you think -- he's a "system player". If he does well next season under Poch, a new, most likely organised system (like at City), then fair enough, but I reckon he won't live up to his standards, like he did at Chelsea (fair enough though) at his last season or 2 at City. This isn't a new opinion btw, lots of City fans were saying this when he was with us still
@@miamitten1123 he could stat pad all he liked. He missed the goals that mattered. All the god damn time. He was the one transfer out of the three last season I didn't miss.
Pep didn't know how to use or appreciate Sterling. People are so in awe of Guardiola they forget that he's fallible and can't work magic or get along with everyone, he's human.
@@pendafen7405 Sterling was shit. Sterling's inflated stats are proof positive that Pep knew how to use him. That's the only reason Sterling had people fooled about his ability.
“Sterling or Son?” - Son by far.
Heung Min Son is twice the player that Sterling is
son is so unbelievably clear of sterling and i’m an arsenal fan
Rory saying Sterling is better than Son is honestly worse than his take on Haaland at the beginning of last season holy shit 😂
Imagine Son being English and Sterling from Asia. Now compare again and make your judgment.
Yeah........
If Son started EPL in Man city, then he could make a lot more goals
Son and it's not close. Sterling was carried by the rest of the City squad and I wasn't at all surprised they let him go - even to Chelsea.
No question it’s Son even in a shocking year for him and chances wasted still look at the quality of goals he scored this past season w/ 10, Sterling had the misses and 6 prem goals the majority of em tap-ins
Son > Sterling
However, Poch will make Chelsea finish higher than Spurs. People underestimate what a good problem Chelsea have. They are overstocked. They can pick and chose their best and let go of the rest. Even without signings, they have world class players.
If Son Heung-min is English, will the England national team use Sterling? Or Son? Of course, I will use Son Heungmin
Luton’s first game at home is against Burnley and don’t play Liverpool until game week 11😂😂😂
Rory, that unbeatable Man United record you talked about (winning the league with 5 games to spare), has actually already been beaten by Liverpool in 2020. they beat this man city team with 7 games to spare
if only there was a liverpool fan sitting at the table to point that out
You didn’t beat THIS Man City team. With Haaland.
@@x_MVP Their old team was better, have they gotten 100 points with haaland?
No you didnt you Donut
Very true
Stirling over Son… about 3 years ago, and that was tight. Right now Son is so cleaaaaaarly the better player right now, would love to see a Raheem renaissance though
Hard to judge Son v Sterling based on their last seasons but I think I still take Son at his best or average level over Sterling’s
Sterling scored more goals a season than Son and wins trophies 🏆.....soooo, your opinion is based on what?!
@@miamitten1123Sterling winning trophies doesn’t mean anything, kane hasn’t won a trophy but I’d take him over most strikers
@miamitten1123 Weird logic with adding trophies into the mix, that's like saying Jamie Vardy is better than Kane because he won the PL and FA Cup.
Son over Sterling and its not even close. Sterling could never carry a team the way Son has carried Spurs at times even when Kane was out, Sterling has just benefited from playing with great managers and great players, he is good but nothing special
Carry spurs where!? Spurs are a top 4-6 team out of 100 in the English leagues. Since when was Spurs Everton or West Ham.
@@miamitten1123 Think about the time under Nuno when Kane was out. He was constantly having to create his own chances and score them to keep us afloat, I honestly don't see how we could have won a single game during that era without him, we were that bad. Remember, I'm just comparing him to Sterling who's form is only dependent on how well the team around him is playing.
@@miamitten1123 whenever kane has been out with injuries 2-3 years ago, he steadied the ship, and we eventually would finish top 3-4. also carried us against City in Champions league QF when Kane was out. i remember 2017/18 season alone he had so many late winners for us when Kane was out.
Shameless Rory -Sterling is a tap in merchant, Son is pure quality
Son every day of the week, in City Sterling had wordclass players to feed him the ball. It simpler to be good then. I think
About to completely change my predictions bc we had 2 clubs in the same position 😭😭😭 its over boys
Son > Sterling
Son is one of the most clinical players in Europe.
Not anymore
@@jacqueswebster6463he had a bad year but he’s still better then sterling who had a awful season with chelsea
Sterling’s had a much better career though
Congrats to luton on winning an unprecedented first ever premier league
Congrats on posting a quite frankly ridiculous comment.
As a Utd fan I’d take son over sterling any day, even back when sterling was scoring goals for fun in 18/19 I would have still taken son over him
Son over Sterling all day long. I didn’t even think that was a debate
sterling over son might be his worst take since the haaland one
Son is clear of that bottle job sterling
Rory Wrong The earliest team to win the league was Liverpool a few years ago with 7 games to go. Liverpool broke that record
Son over Sterling. I'm a City supporter and I can say that with confidence.
He had his moments with City but there were countless times his lackluster finishing ability cost him and the team.
Son is a better finisher and should bounce back this season.
Start planning for “Reacting to my awful predictions” at the end of the season
Son is a far better player than Sterling! I wouldn't even put Sterling in my top 3 wide players this year.
Little correction for the video, United in 01 won it with 5 games to go, but that isn’t the most games remaining for a title winner, Liverpool won it with 7 to go in 19/20
Right people try to intentionally forget about that brilliant team, because club failed to strengthen that team.
Very true. Liverpool won the earliest ever league title. And the latest at the same time somehow! DOMINANT! One of the greatest ever PL sides that.
I think that speaks levels that among fans that aren't liverpool fans, that title-winning team isn't particularly memorable. Yes, they were a brilliant team, but they didn't get 100 points, didn't get the points record, didn't win anything else alongside it. Had they broken our points record, no-one talks about our Centurions and everyone talks about that Liverpool team instead.
Rory........ come on mate, Ade is spot on there, Son is levels above Sterling in everyone's opinion, including mine!!!
I have said it before and I will say it again, you guys need to make more videos together. I love how you guys bounce ideas of each other
Sterling has a far greater legacy and is easily a greater all time player, but right now there ain’t NO ONE picking sterling over son.
I’m a Man city fan and I use too love sterling before he went too Chelsea but Son is so much better
Few weeks ago Ade was saying Arsenal don't get top 4 and he seemed pretty confident
Nothing compares to his Haaland opinion... haaland was a monster and everyone saw him coming, yet for him, his previous achievements were meaningless because he never played in the epl...
@@rocky1169pthe was blinded by Timo

James Milner is going to be a huge boost to Brighton. Even if its not on the pitch. His work ethic and passion is an asset and genuinely think that even if he doesnt put it many performances, he'll be a big boost to the performances of others within the squad.
Son 100% he and Kane carry Spurs as a top 6 side...
Lo Celso to surprise people if he stays healthy. He fits Ange’s system so damn well.

Saying Sterling is in the same league as Son is bordering on blasphemy. I think Rory makes these outrageous shouts for views and I can't help but rate it
Son, all day. Now I would pick most players over Sterling.
Rory is a good inspiration of persisting at something you're not good at even if you never get better at it, like ever 😅
Thing is, he’s a very good talker and knows football history. His opinions don’t make people keep watching… some watch for his ridiculousness and some because of the way he uses his words is interesting!
this is a very mean thing to say.
Here we go with the usual keyboard warrior antics, of needlessly slating an opinion/prediction just because you don't agree with it.
A prime example of an outgoing, well-connected white man with a posh image getting endless opportunities. Nothing to see here.
Son all day, sterling can’t hold a candle to him. One famously wasteful the other famously clinical
There's some highly unrealistic Newcastle fans in the comments section, if we finish 5th and get the last CL spot in our first season of having to juggle an extra competition without having been able to really expand the squad due to FFP then that's a big achievement for us, anything higher than that ain't going to happen.
how much exactly newcastle can spend under ffp?
@@Karg537 Various numbers have been thrown around but it seems like its betwen 75-150mil, so we're probably getting 1 marquee signing (looks like Toneli) and then either 1 real quality, or two "squad" players. Even as a chelsea fan, I have to admit that Son is clear of Sterling
Ade’s comment on Partey is bang on. As good as he’s been, the injury proneness has been an issue for a while, which is why most of us are not too bothered if he does complete a move to Juve; providing that Rice comes in to replace him.

As an Arsenal fan I actually enjoyed watching Emery in the beginning he had an unbelievable unbeaten run and it was beautiful to watch laca and auba were going crazy Ozil was still doing well we actually thought guendouzi was a great midfielder back then but he just ended up losing the dressing room eventually and I still respect him as our manager
I think the way he started trying to use torreira as a more advanced midfielder instead of the defensive role he is good at was what lost the fans, especially when he was putting in motm performances for uruguay
