In that tweet they stated they were 100% convinced Sebastian’s family ( K&C) knew where Sebastian was. I think it’s worth taking a look at what they said. Why would they be allowed to create a false narrative and not tell the other parent where their child is? Can HIPPA support creative false statements, lying and hindering a criminal investigation?

HIPPA doesn't cover LE especially the FBI, if he were in some type of facility. The facility would be held liable for kidnapping also because Seth has joint custody and did not consent or sign for admission. Any home would then lose the license. I can't imagine anyone risking a long prison sentence by hiding Sebastian but it could be? Seth has a legal right to see his son and has had at the very minimal some "proof of life" evidence. I do hope the truth comes out soon!
Hippa would not prevent a facility or hospital when it comes to informing the police of a missing person they they could not disclose diagnosis or treatment.
