18:43 This guest just identified the problem when he said his health care costs are going to go up because the CEO of his health care company is going to get 24/7 security. If you've a company making billions in profits and they have to hike rates so much to pay for a CEO's security that the individual notices it in their rates, there's something fundamentally wrong with the health care industry.

I found the guest's attitude very condescending. The victim was seperated from his wife and they lived in seperate houses. Why all this presumption he was a really nice guy. He might have been a horrible family man, his ex-wife might be relieved that she no longer has to deal with him. He certainly was so focussed on making money he never really stopped to think of the harm he was doing to his customers.

Yep. Same thing with them saying he had "children." His kids are grown and they're rich now and who knows what kind of dad he was?? It's not a given that someone who has an estranged wife and a couple of grown children is going to be missed by them all. I think they were separated but not divorced so I guess the wife is actually possibly the one who is rich now. I'm sure she'll share it with the kids. And this guy is not at the helm making more deadly decisions for innocent people.@@biancapierce639

They're definitely without a doubt is something extremely fundamentally wrong with the so-called healthcare system we have in America. We're losers as far as this whole industry goes. It should be all not for profit. Doctors nurses administrators all those people need to have solid incomes and security but we need to get rid of the shareholders and CEOs that are skimming as parasites would the profits that are generated by the refusal of care. • @Michael-k1n6j

To be clear, innocent until proven guilty is only a legal standard. As someone who was falsely accused of a serious crime (and thankfully exonerated one year later after forcing a risky trial), I personally practice innocent until proven guilty because I know the system is so corrupt. That said, and I normally would not say it but I will in response to your comment, I think Luigi is as guilty as could be. The reason is that although I don't put anything past authorities to frame a man or doctor recordings or omit exculpatory evidence, given the various agencies in two states that would have to be involved all rather quickly coming up with a coherent story, it would be highly unlikely that he is innocent.
Almost all cases that don't make sense wherein the person is later shown to be innocent have common themes. Too much of this story is coherent. That said, as a legal matter Luigi deserves and has a right to fair trial and should have the best lawyer possible given that this is a murder case. I wish the shooting victim had had the ability to defend himself against all of the United Health Care allegations even though they were not criminal. For all we know, he was fighting for the insured behind the scenes. Due process is necessary for all, otherwise we quickly become barbarians.

“There’s class warfare, all right, but it’s my class, the rich class, that’s making war, and we’re winning.”
    ― Warren Buffett
Killing in WAR is not called murder because "murder" is legally defined as an unlawful killing, while killing in war is considered lawful under the rules of war, which are established by international treaties like the Geneva Conventions, as long as the killing adheres to those rules and targets legitimate enemy combatants; essentially, the key difference lies in the legal framework surrounding the act of killing, not just the act itself.
