To be clear, innocent until proven guilty is only a legal standard. As someone who was falsely accused of a serious crime (and thankfully exonerated one year later after forcing a risky trial), I personally practice innocent until proven guilty because I know the system is so corrupt. That said, and I normally would not say it but I will in response to your comment, I think Luigi is as guilty as could be. The reason is that although I don't put anything past authorities to frame a man or doctor recordings or omit exculpatory evidence, given the various agencies in two states that would have to be involved all rather quickly coming up with a coherent story, it would be highly unlikely that he is innocent. Almost all cases that don't make sense wherein the person is later shown to be innocent have common themes. Too much of this story is coherent. That said, as a legal matter Luigi deserves and has a right to fair trial and should have the best lawyer possible given that this is a murder case. I wish the shooting victim had had the ability to defend himself against all of the United Health Care allegations even though they were not criminal. For all we know, he was fighting for the insured behind the scenes. Due process is necessary for all, otherwise we quickly become barbarians.

If Murder is murder, then why are insurance companies allowed to commit murder by denying “Life Saving” surgeries, medications, tests, Anesthesia, etc.
NOT GUILTY!!
Murder is the intentional taking of ones life , someone that gets denied coverage for whatever reason and then loses the battle with whatever health issues they had doesn't fit the definition
This 💯💯💯💯‼️
@@christinajones7696 This is exactly the kind of radical left extremist mindset that led to this murder. If everyone could make himself a judge and give a death sentence to whomever they don’t like, what would the world be like?
@ That’s the way you see it.
It’s still causing death intentionally when that person could have been saved.
NOT GUILTY!! Karma knows everyone’s address.
Same reason cops are, military industrial complex, the government, various corporations, the rich, capitalism etc. Its only murder IF the slaves do it or a petty criminal. Its legalized if it serves the rich and the systems agenda. No different than legalizing corruption in the USA.
Heart surgery costing over $100,000, a three-night hospital stay at $45,000, and an emergency room visit at $9,000 are stark reminders of the exorbitant costs of healthcare in the United States, especially for those without insurance, with additional charges often inflating these prices even further.
You look at health care costs and then you look at the enormous salaries that the insurance executives and CEOs are making to deny claims its no wonder everyone is supporting this young man. As I said I don't think murder is ever justified from an individual or from the insurance company
so blame insurance companies and the legal system. people should be paying completely out of pocket, then it wouldn't be so expensive.
i am shocked about everything
That has nothing to do with this murder.
Moore's "Sicko" is on youtube with no commercials. It covers health insurance outside of the USA.
Excuse me!!!
So when do we get high profile attorneys to address the robbery and murder of Health Insurance Company's customers?
Because no one, up until this point, has seen any reason to cover it! And that's why we support Luigi. So stop telling us how wrong we are and show some compassion for those victims also.
Because it’s not illegal. We need to push to change the laws for anything to be done.
VERY WELL SAID
They wont address Brians insider trading or who he did that with, either! They wont address or investigate the other companies either
That ceo is a victim of Luigi. He is not some poor person affected by medial bills. He is wealthy, went to private schools and ivy league colleges. Why people are making him out to be some poor martyr is beyond me. He has an attorney that none of us could afford. If we did this we would be a public defender, and would be lucky to ever see the outside world again.
They aren’t reading the room at all.
I worked for a broker when the ACA was going into effect and these insurance companies were LOSING their minds over it because they had to cover people they had rejected. They would send treats, lunches and so much batshit crazy literature lobbying their point. They started drastically increasing costs to 'get their point across'. It is disgusting that we have 30 million uninsured and these guys are making BILLIONS in profits after their insanely exorbitant lifestyles and 'costs of doing business'...we need Universal Healthcare. Not sure why that is so hard to understand.
It isn't hard. Universal health care is easy and very affordable. The bigwigs don't want middle and working class people to receive proper health care "cause then there wouldn't be enough left for the insurance company's shareholders million dollar Christmas bonus checks.
I myself don’t want the “ healthcare “ we have the prescriptions that they push does NOTHING to improve your HEALTH and doctors I call them LEGAL DRUG PUSHERS

Right, but he didn’t murder everyone with decision-making power at UHC, he murdered ONE person who, let’s be honest, doesn’t get to unilaterally make every decision. This type of company has hundreds of decision makers.

100℅ pathetic reporting. Zero information about the context. They have no respect for us.
Why does this lawyer talk about him as if he was already proven guilty?
I think he’s also mischaracterizing what the mother said. Pretty sure she only said the photo could be him based purely on looks alone.

Killing in WAR is not called murder because "murder" is legally defined as an unlawful killing, while killing in war is considered lawful under the rules of war, which are established by international treaties like the Geneva Conventions, as long as the killing adheres to those rules and targets legitimate enemy combatants; essentially, the key difference lies in the legal framework surrounding the act of killing, not just the act itself.
