Is it just me or are they rushing it a bit? My choir is doing the same arrangement, and ours is a little closer to the tempo that Pentatonix does it to (maybe a little slower since most of us sing in more of a legit/operatic style).
Me too, and I do think it's possibly being rushed a bit.
It’s the ending that’s being rushed I think.
My choir is slower until we get to the part of o come all ye faithful. Then we speed up. My choir gets really loud when we get to that part and then the rest of the song we sing quieter. This is one of my favorite songs.
Mayhaps but i honestly like the rushed feel for it 😅
