It was the nut-job with the skateboard that caused the accident!!!!!!! Jeez spot the wrong one on the road hanging on to moving vehicles who then accuses a driver of causing the accident! You couldn't make it up!
the driver (Tyler) could have chosen to hang back, and maybe call the traffic police. He did not, he chose to drive as close as possible, to scrape a human being, going very fast ( in a very stupid way) off of a truck. Was the girl an idiot? yes. Does that justify Tylers need to turn her into hamburger? No. She was the trigger, but not the cause of the accident. Just like talking/texting while driving might trigger an accident.. the accident is still the drivers fault, not the phones.

Yeah, a few different healthcare providers use client instead of patient, nowdays. I thought it was odd the first time I heard it, too.
